 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE OPEN SPACE DIAGRAM AND
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE REQUIRED 3% PUBLIC OPEN SPACE ON
 SHEET A-1.02 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ONE OF THE
 PUBLIC OPEN SPACE CATEGORIES IN SECTION 94-109 TABLE
 IV-7. SELECTED CATEGORY MUST MEET THE DEFINITION FOUND
 IN SECTION 94-109, AND HAVE A LANDSCAPE PLAN PROVIDED.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE FOLLOWING CALCULATIONS
 FOR TREE CANOPY BY SPECIES PER SECTION 94-109 TABLE
 IV-8: TYPE 2 MEDIUM TREE MUST BE 10 FEET IN HEIGHT;
 TIBOUCHINA LISTED AS 100 SQ FT, SHOULD BE TYPE 3 AT 150
 SQ FT.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE USE THE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY FOR
 EACH SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE
 GUIDE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART SECTION 94-446 (G).
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY AND TREE
 DISPOSITION PLAN INDICATING WHETHER THE EXISTING SABAL
 PALMS ADJACENT TO THE PARKING GARAGE WILL BE RELOCATED
 OR REMOVED.
  
 5. SATISFIED. STREET TREES MUST BE 14 FEET MINIMUM.
 PLEASE REVISE.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.THE
 APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE
 FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY
 LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
