 AFTER A REVIEWING THE REVISED PLANS AND THE RESPONSE TO
 THE PREVIOUS PPRC COMMENTS (RECEIVED ON 2/14/2017), IT
 APPEARS THAT SOME OF THE COMMENTS HAVE BEEN SATISFIED
 AND SOME ARE ACKNOWLEDGED OR NOTED AS: 'TO BE ADDRESSED
 DURING THE FINAL DESIGN AND /OR ENGINEERING APPROVAL
 PHASE'. HOWEVER, THESE ACKNOWLEDGED COMMENTS ALONG WITH
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ADDRESSED DURING
 'ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION' PHASE PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL:
  
 1. ESTIMATED PEAK HOUR DEMAND FOR WATER AND SEWER ARE
 GIVEN WITH THE RESPONSE LETTER OF 11/2/2016. DURING THE
 'ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION' PHASE,
 SUBMISSION OF SIGNED & SEALED ENGINEER/MEP WATER AND
 SANITARY SEWER DETAIL CALCULATIONS (AVERAGE AND PEAK
 WITH PEAKING FACTOR) WILL BE REQUIRED AS WELL AS FIRE
 DEMAND FOR THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT. ALSO WILL BE
 REQUIRED DETAIL CALCULATIONS TO VALIDATE METER SIZE
 SELECTION; DOMESTIC WATER SERVICE PIPE AND FIRE LINE
 SIZING. SHOW THESE CALCULATIONS ON THE UTILITY PLAN
 SHEET AS WELL;
  
 7. IT IS STATED THAT SIMMONS & WHITE TO ADDRESS TRAFFIC
 RELATED CONCERNS FOR WHICH APPROVAL NEED TO BE OBTAINED
 FROM CITY'S TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER. CONTACT UYEN DANG,

 8. CONFIGURATION OF PROPOSED 6-INCH WATER SERVICE LINE
 TO THE BUILDING AND RPZ SHOWN ON THE 'LANDSCAPE PLAN -
 SHEET LP-1' DOES NOT MATCH THAT SHOWN ON THE 'WATER &
 SEWER PLAN - SHEET 4 OF 5'. PLEASE REVISE;
  
 12. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS IS REVIEWED BY CITY'S
 STORMWATER ENGINEER TRACY WARD AND COMMENTS ARE
 PROVIDED SEPARATELY UNDER STORMWATER REVIEWS;
  
 13. PROPOSED EGRESS OPTION TO BANYAN BLVD NEED TO BE
 APPROVED BY CITY'S TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER;
  
 17. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS IS REVIEWED BY CITY'S
 STORMWATER ENGINEER TRACY WARD AND COMMENTS ARE
 PROVIDED SEPARATELY UNDER STORMWATER REVIEWS;
  
 FOLLOWING NEW COMMENTS APPLIES TO THE REVISED TO WATER
 AND SANITARY SEWER PLANS AS WELL AS SANITATION/GARBAGE
 COLLECTION:
  
 1. FOR SANITATION/GARBAGE COLLECTION CONTACT THE CITY'S
 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. FINAL APPROVED SITE PLANS NEED
 TO SHOW PROPOSED SANITATION COLLECTION PLANS AND
 DETAILS; AND WILL NEED APPROVAL FROM PETER BIENIEK,
 PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR;
  
 2. SHOW EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT NEAREST TO THE SITE. A
 FIRE HYDRANT FLOW TEST DATA FROM EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT
 WILL BE REQUIRED PART OF THE PLAN SUBMITTAL;
  
 3. ALL PROPOSED FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTIONS SHALL BE
 WITHIN 150 FEET OF A FIRE HYDRANT AND SHALL BE WITHIN
 AN EASEMENT WITHIN THE PROPERTY. LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL WATER METERS, VALVES, CLEAN-OUTS,
 LIGHT POLES, ETC. ROOT BARRIERS MAY BE REQUIRED WHERE
 PLANTINGS ARE NEAR UNDERGROUND STORMWATER, SANITARY, OR
 POTABLE WATER LINES.
  
 4. PLACEMENT OF THE PROPOSED METER, BACKFLOW PREVENTER,
 DCDA ETC. SHALL BE INSTALLED PER THE CITY'S STANDARD
 DETAILS. THEY SHALL NOT BE INSIDE THE BUILDING
 ENCLOSURE. WATER METER SHOULD BE WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY OR INSIDE AN 'UTILITY EASEMENT' JUST
 INSIDE THE PROPERTY NEAR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
 ACCESSIBLE;
  
 5. IN THE FINAL PLANS, SHOW CONFLICT INFORMATION
 (BOTTOM AND TOP OF CROSSING PIPES) AT THE CONFLICT
 POINTS OF ALL WATER, STORM AND SANITARY SEWER PIPES AS
 WELL AS OTHER FRANCHISE UTILITIES. EXISTING UTILITIES
 WITHIN THE PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER LATERAL ARE TO BE
 VERIFIED VIA SOFTDIGS AND PROVIDE ALL UTILITY CROSSING
 INFORMATION;
  
 6. IN THE FINAL PLANS, SHOW DIRECTION OF FLOW FOR THE
 EXISTING SANITARY SEWER. SHOW INVERT AT CONNECTION
 POINTS AND INCLUDE A PROFILE FOR THE PROPOSED SERVICE
 LATERAL WITH GROUND ELEVATIONS ABOVE THE PIPE;
  
 7. IN THE REVISED PLANS PROPOSED MANHOLE MH#2 IS SHOWN
 TO BE PRIVATE AND CITY'S 'POINT-OF-SERVICE' AT THE SAME
 TIME. CITY'S 'POINT-OF-SERVICE' SHALL BE MH#1 I.E.
 WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND NOT INSIDE PRIVATE
 PROPERTY;
  
 8. IN THE FINAL PLANS, SHOW PROFILE FOR PROPOSED
 SANITARY SEWER WITH GROUND ELEVATIONS ABOVE THE PIPE;
  
 9. THERE ARE EXISTING WATER METER AND CONNECTIONS FOR
 THE SITE ON BANYAN BLVD. EXISTING WATER SERVICE
 CONNECTIONS/WATER METERS SERVING THE PROPERTY, IF NOT
 USED, ARE TO BE CUT AND CAPPED AT THE MAIN.
 DE-ACTIVATED/INACTIVE PIPELINES LARGER THAN 2-INCH
 DIAMETER WILL BE REMOVED. PLEASE LABEL PIPE SIZE AND
 MATERIAL AND ADD NOTES TO THE UTILITY PLANS
 ACCORDINGLY;
  
 10. EXISTING SEWER SERVICE CONNECTIONS SERVING THE
 PROPERTY, IF NOT USED, ARE TO BE CUT AND CAPPED AT THE
 MAIN;
  
 11. EXISTING SANITARY SEWER MH TO BE REHABBED PER
 CITY'S REQUIREMENTS;
  
 12. FOR THE FINAL UTILITY PLANS, INCLUDE A NOTE THAT:
 AS OF DECEMBER 20, 2015 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL MANUAL HAS BEEN REVISED,
 MAKING KNOWN THAT "ALL BACKFLOW DEVICES MUST BE LEAD
