 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY APRIL 10, 2016),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($300).
  
 1) PLEASE SUBMIT INFORMATION TO VERIFY THAT THE PALM
 HARBOR MARINA MAY USE 166 PARKING SPACES WITHIN THE
 PARKING GARAGE AND ADJOINING SURFACE LOT.
  
 2) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-273(D)(44.1)A.2,
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT THAT
 INCLUDES ALL AQUATIC RESOURCES THAT WILL BE AFFECTED BY
 THE EXPANDED MARINA.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION HOW THE ADDITIONAL
 STANDARDS LISTED IN SECTION 94-273(D)(44.1)B OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ARE
 BEING MET AS PART OF THE MARINA EXPANSION.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE ISSUES RAISED IN THE
 FEBRUARY 9, 2016 OBJECTIONS TO PPRC LETTER SENT BY
