2016-02-10 14:02:191. SIDE SETBACK FOR PARKING GARAGE IS SHOWN AS 0'. THE
 CODE ALLOWS 0' WHEN THERE ARE NO OPENINGS ON THE
 FACADE. EXISTING GARAGE HAS OPENINGS THAT WILL BE
 LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE CONSULT WITH
 BUILDING OFFICIAL THE REQUIRED SETBACK FOR THE AMOUNT
 OF EXISTING OPENINGS.
 2. IF THE GARAGE HAS MORE THAN 5 LEVELS, THE REQUIRED
 SIDE SETBACK IS 20' ABOVE TEH 5TH LEVEL.
 3. DAC APPROVAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO AUTHORIZE THE PHASE
 II OFF-SITE PARKING. 99 SPACES ARE NEEDED FOR THE
 PARCEL B. SUCH SPACES WILL BE LOCATED OFF SITE (ON
 PARCEL A OR C) NECESSITATING THE DAC APPROVAL.
 4. IF THE PROJECT IS SUBDIVIDED THE PHASE II WILL NOT
 COMPLY WITH THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENT.
 ADDITIONAL PUBLIC SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 5. PUBLIC OPEN SPACE IN FOR PARCEL A ALONG DIXIE HWAY
 SHALL BE EVALUATED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC OPEN SPACE. AS ONE PORTION OF
 THE SPACE WAS REMOVED, PERCENTAGES OF TREE CANOPY, ,
 VEGETATED AREA AND OVERHEAD COVER MAY NEED TO BE
 ADJUSTED.
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE AN AS BUILT PLAN WITH THE EXACT AREAS
 CALCULATED AS PART OF THE PRIVATE OPEN SPACE IN PHASE
 I. AN ADDITIONAL ROOF TOP TERRACE ABOVE THE GARAGE IS
 INDICATED IN PHASE II TO COMPLY WITH PRIVATE OPEN SPACE
 REQUIREMENTS.
 7. PLEASE CONFIRM THE FAR CURRENTLY PROPOSED FOR PARCEL
 B IS 95,001 SF. PROPOSED FAR ON PARCEL B SHALL NOT
 EXCEED THE MAX FAR ALLOWED IN PARCEL B.
 8. BLANK WALL ARE NOT ALLOWED. THE EAST ELEVATION OF
 THE PARCEL B BUILDING (CLOSER TO THE GARAGE) SHALL
 INCLUDE OPENING TO COMPLY WITH THE BLANK WALL
 REGULATIONS.
 9. A 20' SETBACK WILL BE REQUIRED ABOVE THE 5TH FLOOR
 FOR PARCEL B.
