| | OF PAVER DESIGN OTHER THAN CONCRETE SURFACE AS PER CITY |
| | STANDARD WILL REQUIRE A DEVELOPER MAINTENANCE AND |
| | RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT. |

| | 6. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY |
| | FOR THE SCHOOL BUILDING, THE APPLICANT SHALL APPLY FOR |
| | AN FDOT PERMIT FOR IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING STREET TREES |
| | AT THIRTY FOOT SPACING, STRUCTURAL SOIL, TREE GRATES |
| | AND IRRIGATION IN THE SOUTH DIXIE RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT |
| | TO THE PROPERTY FROM FLAMINGO DRIVE TO BISCAYNE DRIVE. |
| | TREE SPECIES AND DETAILS WILL BE AS APPROVED AND |
| | PERMITTED BY FDOT. THE IMPROVEMENTS PERMITTED BY FDOT |
| | SHALL BE INSTALLED WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF THE ISSUANCE OF |
| | THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. THE PLANNING AND ZONING |
| | ADMINISTRATOR MAY GRANT A ONE-TIME EXTENSION FOR |
| | INSTALLATION AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT WITH GOOD |
| | CAUSE. |

| | 7. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE |
| | RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION |
| | MAINTENANCE, INCLUDING STREET TREES AT 30 FOOT SPACING, |
| | STRUCTURAL SOIL, TREE GRATES AND IRRIGATION IN THE |
| | SOUTH DIXIE RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY FROM |
| | FLAMINGO DRIVE TO BISCAYNE DRIVE. A SEPARATE |
| | MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY SHALL BE REQUIRED. |
