 1.) REPEAT COMMENT FROM 2/5/16 AND 5/13/16: PROVIDE
 LETTERS FROM THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC UTILITIES CONFIRMING
 THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO THEIR
 EASEMENTS OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE PROVISION OF
 THEIR SERVICES: FPU AND FPL. LETTERS FROM FPU AND FPL
 HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED TO STAFF. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 UTILITY LETTERS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL.
  
 2.) ALL FINAL PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED, DATED AND SEALED
 BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED ARCHITECT/LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT/ENGINEER.
  
 SITE PLAN:
  
 1.) PROPOSED LIGHT POLE FIXTURES AT THE SOUTH EAST
 PARKING LOT IS IN CONFLICT WITH THE PARKING SPACES. DUE
 TO THE BUMP OUT TO ACCOMMODATE THE TWO (2) LIGHT
 FIXTURES ON THE LOT, WHICH IMPACTS FOUR (4) PARKING
 STALLS, THE STALLS DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
 FOR PARKING STALL DIMENSIONS. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 2.) WHY ARE THE PROPOSED LIGHT FIXTURES AT THE
 SOUTHWEST PARKING LOT LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 19 FT. FROM
 THE PARKING STALLS? THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING THE
 FIXTURES IS TO PROVIDE LIGHTING TO THE PARKING LOT.
 THIS DOES NOT SEEM LOGICAL. PLEASE ADDRESS AND/OR
 PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION.
  
 ACHITECTURAL FLOOR PLANS AND ELEVATIONS:
  
 1.) THE REVISED FLOOR PLANS/ELEVATIONS SEEM TO BE
 MISSING FROM THE RESUBMITTAL PACKET. PLEASE INCLUDE
 REVISED STAMPED AND SEALED FLOOR PLANS AND ELEVATIONS
 IN THE RESUBMITTAL PACKET. ENSURE THAT THE FLOOR PLAN,
 ELEVATIONS AND SITE PLAN ARE ALL CONSISTENT.
  
 LIGHTING:
  
 1.) PROVIDE A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION OF
 ALL LIGHT FIXTURES PROPOSED IN THE PROJECT. LIGHT POLES
 SHALL BE SETBACK AT LEAST 5 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINES. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE LOCATION OF ANY LIGHT
 POLE FIXTURE WILL NOT BE IN CONFLICT WITH ANY EXISTING
 UTILITIES AND/OR PROPOSED LANDSCAPING. [ACCORDING TO
 THE APPLICANT'S RESPONSE LETTER TO ZONING'S COMMENTS,
 DATED 5/25/16, THE APPLICANT IS WORKING ON REVISING THE
 PHOTOMETRIC PLAN TO COMPLY WITH ZONING CODE
 REQUIREMENTS.]
  
 NOTES:
  
 * A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 THE REMOVAL OF ANY TREES ON THE PROJECT SITE.
  
 * AN EMAIL FROM JON SCHMIDT TO STEVE ANDERSON OF PALM
 TRAN, DATED APRIL 20, 2016, WAS PROVIDED AS PART OF THE
 RESUBMITTAL PACKET. THE LETTER INDICATES THAT THERE WAS
 A DISCUSSION ON RELOCATION OF SOUTHBOUND PALM TRAN BUS
 STOP #114 TO THE NEXT BLOCK TO THE SOUTH. STAFF WILL
 NEED CONFIRMATION FROM STEVE ANDERSON OF PALM TRAN
 CONFIRMING THE COORDINATION PRIOR TO THE RELOCATION OF
 THE BUS STOP. PLEASE PROVIDE THIS DOCUMENTATION UPON
 RECEIPT.
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * ANY REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TWELVE
 (12) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5 INCHES X
 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES, AND
 AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE
 ($200).
