 1.) REPEAT COMMENT FROM 2/5/16: PROVIDE LETTERS FROM
 THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC UTILITIES CONFIRMING THAT THE
 PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO THEIR EASEMENTS
 OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE PROVISION OF THEIR
 SERVICES: AT&T, FPU FPL. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE UTILITY
 LETTERS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
  
 2.) REVISE THE LOCATION MAP ON SHEETS SP-1, LI-1, LP-1
 AND TD-1 TO INCLUDE THE PARCELS SOUTH OF BISCAYNE
 DRIVE.
  
 3.) CONCURRENCY APPROVAL WAS GRANTED FOR 150 STUDENTS
 PER THE TPS LETTER ISSUED BY THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING AND PUBLIC WORKS - TRAFFIC
 DIVISION, DATED APRIL 14, 2016. PLEASE CORRECT THE
 INFORMATION IN THE SITE DATA TABULAR TO REFLECT THE
 CONCURRENCY APPROVAL ISSUED BY THE COUNTY.
  
 4.) ALL FINAL PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED, DATED AND SEALED
 BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED ARCHITECT/LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT/ENGINEER.
  
 SITE PLAN:
  
 1.) REPEAT COMMENT FROM 2/5/16: ACCORDING TO GOOGLE
 STREET VIEW, THERE SEEMS TO BE AN EXISTING BUS STOP AND
 BENCH IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HWY
 WHICH IS NOT DEPICTED IN THE SURVEY. THE BOUNDARY
 SURVEY SHOULD BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THIS EXISTING
 FEATURE.
  
 2.) REPEAT COMMENT FROM 2/5/16: THE APPLICANT'S
 RESPONSE TO SITE PLAN COMMENT #8 STATES THAT A
 "LIGHTING PLAN WILL BE SUBMITTED WITH BUILDING PERMIT";
 HOWEVER, A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN IS NEEDED AT THIS POINT IN
 TIME TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO CONFLICT WITH THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPING FOR THE PROJECT.
  
 3.) THE APPLICANT HAS NOTED IN THE RESPONSE LETTER TO
 STAFF'S PPRC COMMENTS (FOR ZONING SITE PLAN COMMENT
 #1), DATED 2/17/16, THAT "THE EXISTING UTILITIES ARE TO
 BE RELOCATED EITHER UNDERGROUND OR AROUND THE PERIMETER
 OF THE SITE PENDING FPL'S DETERMINATION." DOES THIS
 APPLY TO ALL OVERHEAD (O/H) POWER LINES ON THE
 PROPERTY? THE SITE PLAN INDICATES THAT THE O/H LINES
 RUNNING ACROSS PARCELS 5 AND 6 WILL BE BURIED ON SITE;
 HOWEVER, THERE IS ANOTHER O/H LINE RUNNING DIAGONALLY
 ACROSS PARCEL 1, WHICH IS NOT DEPICTED IN THE SITE
 PLAN. PLEASE CLARIFY THE PROVISIONS FOR THIS O/H LINE.
  
 4.) PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED DECORATIVE WALL
 AND FENCE.
  
 5.) HOW TALL IS THE EXISTING CHAIN LINK FENCE ALONG
 BISCAYNE DRIVE?
  
 6.) FENCES/WALL SHALL NOT EXCEED 4 FT. IN HEIGHT WITHIN
 THE REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK. PLEASE CLARIFY THE
 EXTENT/LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED 8 FT. HIGH CHAIN LINK
 FENCE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE SCHOOL PARCEL, AND THE 6
 FT. HIGH DECORATIVE FENCE WITH ROLLING GATE ALONG
 BISCAYNE DRIVE. [ZLDR S.94-302(C)]
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN:
  
 1.) REPEAT COMMENT FROM 2/5/16: A MINIMUM 5 FT. WIDE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG ALL PROPERTY
 LINES FOR THE PROPOSED SCHOOL PARKING LOTS, SOUTH OF
 BISCAYNE DRIVE. A VARIANCE TO THE BUFFER WILL BE
 REQUIRED IF THE BUFFERING REQUIREMENTS CANNOT BE MET BY
 THE APPLICANT. [PER A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH THE
 APPLICANT ON 5/11/16, CHANGES ARE BEING PROPOSED TO THE
 PROPOSED SCHOOL PARKING LOT TO MEET THE MINIMUM ZLDR
 STANDARDS FOR LANDSCAPING. COMPLIANCE WITH THE ZLDR
 MUST BE REFLECTED IN THE REVISED PLANS.]
  
 ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLANS AND ELEVATIONS:
  
 1.) ELEVATIONS DO NOT MATCH WHAT IS DEPICTED IN THE
 SITE PLAN. PLEASE CORRECT FOR CONSISTENCY (I.E.
 EXISTING CANOPY AND PROPOSED WALL IS MISSING FROM THE
 EAST ELEVATION).
  
 2.) PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR THE ELEVATIONS.
  
 NOTES:
 * A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 THE REMOVAL OF ANY TREES ON THE PROJECT SITE.
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TWELVE
 (12) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5 INCHES X
 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES, AND
 AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
