 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE INVENTORY, TREE
 DISPOSITION PLAN AND MITIGATION TABLE TO MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-448.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS AND
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE BUFFER TREES REQUIRED FOR ALL
 BUFFER LENGTHS PER SECTION 94-443 B.
  
 3. SATISFIED. EXISTING CANOPIES SHOULD BE REMOVED AND
 BUFFER TREES PROVIDED ALONG S DIXIE LANDSCAPE BUFFERS
 AS REQUIRED, AND PROVIDE REQUIRED TREES IN THE TERMINAL
 ISLANDS AT THE END OF ROWS OF PARKING.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE INDICATE THE WIDTH OF ALL
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5. WITHDRAWN. PLEASE CHANGE THE DROUGHT TOLERANCE LEVEL
 OF FELICIUM DECIPIENS TO MEDIUM ON THE PLANT LIST.
  
 6. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE INDICATE THE WIDTH OF THE
 SIDEWALK ALONG S DIXIE. IF WIDE ENOUGH, PLEASE ADD
 STREET TREES WITH TREE GRATES. STREET TREES LOCATED IN
 A SIDEWALK SHALL HAVE STRUCTURAL SOIL EXTENDING 5 FEET
 IN ALL DIRECTIONS UP TO THE CURB. INDICATE STRUCTURAL
 SOIL LOCATIONS AND PROVIDE A TYPICAL STRUCTURAL SOIL
 DETAIL ON THE LANDSCAPE DETAIL PAGE.
  
 FURTHER INVESTIGATION IS REQUIRED, THE MODIFICATIONS TO
 SOUTH DIXIE ARE SEVERAL YEARS IN THE FUTURE, AND THIS
 SECTION MAY NOT HAVE ANY MODIFICATION TO THE CURB
 LOCATION.
  
 7. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH
 LANDSCAPING.
 LIGHTING PLAN MUST BE SUPPLIED FOR ZONING REVIEW, SO
 COORDINATION WITH LANDSCAPE PLAN CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED
 PRIOR TO APPROVAL.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO
 PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS
 INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS,
 AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE
 ROOTS.
  
 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL GROUND
 MOUNTED EQUIPMENT INCLUDING FPL TRANSFORMERS, A/C
 UNITS, ETC., AND PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND
 MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LANDSCAPE SCREENING HEDGE
 AROUND THE WEST SIDE AND REAR OF THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE.
  
 11. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 LANDSCAPING AROUND THE STRUCTURE TO MEET THE 30%
 REQUIREMENT FOR TREES, SHRUBS OR HEDGES PER SECTION
 94-443 (E)(1).
  
 THERE ARE LOCATIONS ALONG THE BUILDING WHERE
 LANDSCAPING CAN BE ADDED TO COMPLY.
  
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 5/9/16:
 12. PLEASE CHANGE THE ROYAL PALMS ADJACENT TO THE
 SPORTS FIELD OR PLAYGROUND TO A DIFFERENT SPECIES TO
 AVOID THE POSSIBILITY OF FRONDS DROPPING ON PEOPLE
 BELOW.
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
