 1. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #2] STAFF ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE
 APPLICANT IS WORKING TO OBTAIN A TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY
 APPROVAL LETTER. A TRANSPORTATION CONCURRENCY LETTER
 FROM PBC WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO APPROVAL.
  
 2. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #3] STAFF ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE
 APPLICANT IS WORKING TO OBTAIN A UTILITY LETTERS. A
 UTILITY LETTERS WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO APPROVAL.
  
 3. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #10] BICYCLE PARKING DEPICTED ON
 THE PLAN IS NOT IN THE LAST APPROVED LOCATION. PLEASE
 CONTACT ME FOR PLAN SHOWING MOST CURRENT LOCATIONS.
  
 4. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #12] THE NOTATED 500 SQUARE FOOT
 OUTDOOR SEATING AREA FOR A RESTAURANT NEEDS TO BE
 DELINEATED ON THE PLAN. IT IS UNCLEAR IF THE 500 SQUARE
 FOOT IS THE TRIANGULATED AREA ON THE PLAN OR A NOT.
  
 5. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #13] DETAIL ON PLAY AREA WAS
 EXPLAINED BUT THERE WAS NO SITE PLAN INCLUDED. PLEASE
 INCLUDE SITE PLAN FOR THE PLAY AREA CONVERSION. PLEASE
 BE SURE TO INCLUDE ON THE PLAN ANY CHANGES TO THE
 PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION RAMP FROM REAR PARKING TO TRAVEL
 THROUGH THE WALKWAY TO THE COURTYARD.
  
 6. WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
  
 B. PROVIDE 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS
 ALONG WITH ONE ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 D. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
