 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
 LANDSCAPE PLANS WERE NOT PROVIDE WITH THE RESUBMITTAL,
 SO ALL COMMENTS WILL REMAIN UNSATISFIED UNTIL THE
 REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN IS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
 OUTDOOR SEATING AREA:
 1. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY
 FOR EACH SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD
 WATERWISE GUIDE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA
 FRIENDLY LANDSCAPING.
  
 2. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE AND
 ENGINEERING PLANS TO AVOID CONFLICTS BETWEEN
 LANDSCAPING AND WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, LIGHTING AND
 FPL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES
 AND EASEMENTS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 3. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL
 AND SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 4. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SUCH AS A/C COMPRESSORS, ETC., AND PROVIDE
 SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND
 UTILITIES.
  
 5. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION AND
 MITIGATION CHART TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-448. THE SABAL PALMS COULD READILY BE RELOCATED TO
 THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DRIVE AISLE OR ELSEWHERE ON THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 6. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE ADD A TREE IN THE LANDSCAPE
 AREA AT THE END OF THE ROW OF PARKING PER SECTION
 94-443 (C). USING A FLOWERING TREE WOULD MITIGATE FOR
 THE LOSS OF THE BOTTLEBRUSH.
 PLAYGROUND AREA:
 7. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE
 LAYOUT AND LANDSCAPING PROPOSED FOR THE PLAYGROUND AREA
 TO BUFFER IT FROM VEHICLE TRAFFIC. DUPLICATING THE
 EXISTING BUFFER PLANTINGS WOULD PROVIDE CONTINUITY TO
 THE ADDITIONAL AREA.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
