 PERMANENT DINNING SPACE, THE SITE PLAN WILL NEED TO BE
 ADJUSTED TO INCLUDE THIS OUTDOOR DINING AREA.
  
 DAY CARE EXPANSION:
  
 13. PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE PLAY AREA. WILL THE AREA BE
 GRASS, WILL NEW CURBING BE INSTALLED, WILL THERE BE A
 FENCE AROUND THE PLAY AREA, WILL THE PASSAGEWAY
 CONNECTION BETWEEN THE REAR PARKING AND FOUNTAIN PLAZA
 AREA REMAIN OPEN, AND, IF SO, SHOW ACCESS FROM THE REAR
 PARKING AREA TO THE FOUNTAIN AREA.
  
 BUILDING 2 EXPANSION/ADDITION:
  
 14. INTERIOR BUILDING LAYOUT SHOWS A BAR, A BAR
 FACILITY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AS THE PROPOSED FACILITY
 IS TO INCLUDE ON-SITE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
 AS ACCESSORY TO THE PRIMARY USE. THEREFORE, A BAR IS
 NOT PERMITTED.
  
 15. ALTHOUGH THE UNCOVERED OUTDOOR SEATING DOES NOT GET
 INCLUDED IN THE CALCULATION FOR THE INCREASE IN
 BUILDING FOOTPRINT, THE INCREASE IN COMMERCIAL SPACE
 (SQ. FOOTAGE) CREATED BY THE OUTDOOR SEATING
 SPECIFICALLY SERVING THE BUSINESS MUST BE INCLUDED IN
 THE PARKING CALCULATION.
  
 16. ELEVATIONS INDICATE THAT SIGNAGE MAY BE LOCATED IN
 MORE THAN ONE LOCATION ON THE BUILDING 2 ADDITION.
 BUILDING SIGNAGE WILL NEED TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 ZLDR SEC. 94-408(D). EACH BUSINESS IS PERMITTED ONE
 WALL SIGN WITH TWO ADDITIONAL ALLOTTED TO THE PLAZA AS
 A WHOLE. IF YOU UTILIZE ANY OF THE TWO ADDITIONAL SIGNS
 ALLOTTED TO THE PLAZA EVIDENCE THAT THESE ADDITIONAL
 SIGNS HAVE NOT BEEN USED ELSEWHERE WILL NEED TO BE
 SUBMITTED. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT WITH THE MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT THAT ALLOWABLE MAXIMUM COPY AREA BE
 DETERMINED AND GENERAL SIGN PLACEMENT BE PROPOSED FOR
 CONSIDERATION.
  
 17. WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
  
 B. PROVIDE 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS
 ALONG WITH ONE ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 D. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
