 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 THE COMMENTS ARE BASED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FROM AN
 EARLIER APPROVAL PREPARED BY THE OUTDOOR DESIGN GROUP
 DATED 4-13-91.
  
 1. SATISFIED. ADD ONE TREE AT THE WESTERN END OF THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND TO THE NORTH OF THE BUILDING FOR A
 TOTAL OF 3.
  
 2. SATISFIED. ADD ONE SABAL PALM AT THE SOUTHWEST
 CORNER FOR A TOTAL OF 6.
  
 3. SATISFIED. ADD 2 PALMS ON THE NORTH SIDE AND 2 ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE TO SUBSTITUTE
 FOR 1SHADE TREE AS APPROVED, AND TO MEET CURRENT CODE.
  
 4. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. THE APPROVED PLAN SHOWS
 TREES IN THE PLANTER TO THE WEST OF THE DRIVE THROUGH
 LANE, PLEASE SHOW ADDING AN APPROPRIATE SPECIES FOR THE
 SIZE OF THE PLANTER IN THIS AREA.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE PLANT MATERIAL AT THE
 FOUNDATION OF THE BUILDING TO MATCH THE APPROVED PLAN.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE REQUIRED HEDGE AT THE
 SOUTHWEST CORNER ADJACENT TO THE PARKING AREA.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW A TREE OR 2 PALMS IN THE
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND TO THE NORTH OF THE ADA
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES AS APPROVED.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ANY UTILITIES,
 AND PROVIDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND LOCATIONS AS
 NEEDED TO PROTECT LINES AND TREES TO BE INSTALLED.
  
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE
 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BUILDING, THE APPLICANT
 SHALL SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PERMIT WITH A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 REVISED TO SHOW A MORE APPROPRIATE SPECIES FOR THE SIZE
 OF THE LANDSCAPE PLANTER ADJACENT TO THE DRIVE THROUGH
