 1. REVISE PARKING SPACE STRIPING DETAIL TO INCLUDE
 DOUBLE STRIPED LINES FOR ALL PARKING SPACES. DOUBLE
 STRIPED LINES NEED TO BE CONNECTED ON THE BOTTOM AND
 THE STRIPES ARE TO BE 4 INCH STRIPES SEPARATED BY 12
 INCHES. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A COPY OF THE CITY
 STRIPING DETAIL, IF NEEDED.
  
 2. THERE IS AN EXISTING DUMPSTER ON THE PROPERTY NOT
 WITHIN AN ENCLOSURE. THE DUMPSTER WILL NEED TO BE
 REMOVED OR EITHER A NEW ENCLOSURE NEEDS TO BE PROPOSED
 FOR THIS DUMPSTER OR THE EXISTING DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 MODIFIED TO ACCOMMODATE THE TWO DUMPSTERS. THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE WILL NEED TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR SEC.
 94-444(B) AND THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE PARKING ISLAND
 RESTORED. A DETAIL OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE WILL NEED
 TO BE INCLUDED ON THE PLANS.
  
 3. UPDATE PARKING CALCULATION TO INCLUDE THE PARTIAL
 PARKING SPACES IN THE OVERALL PARKING COUNT AS THE
 ORIGINAL MASTER PLAN INCLUDES THESE PARKING SPACES IN
 THE TACO BELL PARKING CALCULATIONS.
  
 4. PROVIDE ONE BICYCLE PARKING SPACE PER 20 VEHICULAR
 SPACES [ZLDR SEC. 94-485(Q)]. PROVIDE RACK DETAIL,
 SPACING, AND PAD DETAIL. PLEASE NOTE THAT WAVE AND COMB
 STYLE RACKS ARE NOT PERMITTED AND YOU MAY CONTACT ME TO
 OBTAIN A COPY OF MINIMUM SPACING STANDARDS FOR THE
 RACK(S).
  
 5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR FULL
 EVALUATION OF THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE. SIGNAGE MUST
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE GC ZONING DISTRICT
 SIGNAGE STANDARDS OF ZLDR SEC. 94-408(D):
  
 A. FOR EACH FA?ADE WHERE A SIGN IS PROPOSED, PROVIDE A
 CALCULATION OF THE FA?ADE AREA, THEN PROVIDE A
 CALCULATION OF PERMITTED COPY AREA FOR EACH FA?ADE
 BASED ON ZLDR SEC. 94-408(D)(1)(B) AND (C) AND SEC.
 94-409, TABLE XIII-1. PLEASE NOTE THAT SIGNS LOCATED ON
 THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING AREA ONLY ALLOTTED 50 PERCENT
 OF THE ALLOWABLE COPY AREA DETERMINED IN TABLE XIII-1.
  
 B. A MAXIMUM OF 3 BUILDING SIGNS ARE PERMITTED PER
 BUILDING [ZLDR SEC. 94-408(D)(1)(D)]. THE PROPOSED
 SIGNAGE INDICATES THE INSTALLATION OF 5 SIGNS. IF A
 FA?ADE HAS MORE THAN ONE SIGN YOU MAY BOX THEM IN
 TOGETHER ON THE PLAN AND COUNT THE EMPTY AREA BETWEEN
 THEM AS COPY AREA IN ORDER TO TRY AND ACCOMMODATE THE
 PROPOSED SIGNAGE.
  
 6. SUBMIT 6 SIGNED AND SEALED COPES OF THE SURVEY FOR
 THE PROPERTY.
  
 7. SUBMIT $424 OUTSTANDING ENGINEERING FEE.
  
 8. WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
  
 B. PROVIDE 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS
 ALONG WITH ONE ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 D. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
