 1. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT THE BOAT DOCK AT 2900 N.
 FLAGLER DRIVE HAS BEEN ISSUED A DEMOLITION PERMIT FOR
 ITS REMOVAL AND THE PERMIT HAS BEEN CLOSED OUT.
  
 2. PREVIOUS COMMENT #2 INDICATED THAT THE MIDDLE
 CURBCUT AND DRIVEWAY WOULD NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE
 SITE SO NO NON-CONFORMITIES WOULD BE CREATED WITH THE
 REPLAT. THIS COMMENT REFERENCED THE EXISTING CURBCUT ON
 THE NORTHERN PROPERTY AS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY. PLEASE
 PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THIS CURB CUT HAS BEEN REMOVED
 AND AREA RESTORED TO PERVIOUS AREA. (OBTAIN APPROPRIATE
 PERMITS FOR ANY WORK WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.)
  
 3. A BUILDING PERMIT (16040430) HAS BEEN SUBMITTED FOR
 CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE FAMILY HOME ON 2900 N. FLAGLER
 DRIVE. PLEASE PROVIDE SITE PLAN FOR THE HOUSE TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS WITH THE REPLAT AND SETBACKS FOR THE NEW
 HOUSE.
