 1. YOUR COMMENT RESPONSE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE FOLLOWING
 ORIGIANL COMMENT: THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT
 RELATES TO THE SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL
 COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING
 COMMENTS ARE TO BE ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 2. YOUR COMMENT RESPONSE REGARDING THE ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING AND ACCESS TO THE AMENITIES BUILDING IS NOTED,
 BUT FAILS TO ADDRESS THE COMMENT FULLY. THE PARKING
 COMPUTATION TABLE ON SHEET FSP-1 STATES THAT 13
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE 1ST LEVEL AND
 7 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE 2ND
 LEVEL, BUT THE LOCATION OF THOSE SPACES ARE NOT SHOWN
 ON SHEETS FSP-1, FSP-2, SP-1, LVL-2, LVL-3, THAT IS
 SHOWN ON SHEET LVL-3 APPEAR TO BE LOCATED IN THE
 PARKING GARAGE AT LVL-2. THOSE SHEETS ONLY SHOW 9
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES ON THE 1ST LEVEL AND NO ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES ON THE 2ND LEVEL. THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES PROVIDED SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 208.2 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE.
  
 3. YOUR COMMENT RESPONSE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE FOLLOWING
 ORIGIANL COMMENT: PER SECTION 208.2.4 OF FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE, ONE IN EVERY SIX ACCESSIBLE SPACES
 (AT LEAST ONE) IN A PARKING STRUCTURE, SHALL BE VAN
 ACCESSIBLE AND DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION OF
 502 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE (VERTICAL CLEARANCE
 NOT LESS THAN 98 INCHES AT SPACE AND VEHICULAR ACCESS
 ROUTE)
  
 4. YOUR COMMENT RESPONSE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE FOLLOWING
 ORIGIANL COMMENT: WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT,
 THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THAT THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR
 THE BUILDINGS WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEIGHT,
 AREA AND OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS IN CHAPTER 5 OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
  
 5. YOUR COMMENT RESPONSE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE FOLLOWING
 ORIGIANL COMMENT: WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT,
 COMPLIANCE WITH ALL BUILDING SEPARATION, PERCENTAGE OF
 OPENINGS AND OPENING PROTECTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF
 CHAPTERS 6 AND 7 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE SHALL BE
 VERIFIED.
  
 6. YOUR COMMENT RESPONSE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE FOLLOWING
 ORIGIANL COMMENT: THE PARKING GARAGE APPEARS TO BE AN
 OPEN "VENTED" GARAGE. THE REMAINDER OF THIS COMMENT
 ONLY APPLIES IF IT IS IN FACT AN ENCLOSED PARKING
 GARAGE. IF THE PARKING GARAGE DOES NOT HAVE WALL
 OPENINGS, OR SUFFICIENT WALL OPENINGS TO MEET THE
 DEFINITION OF AN OPEN PARKING GARAGE, IT WILL BE
 CONSIDERED AN ENCLOSED PARKING GARAGE AND MUST HAVE
 EXHAUST SYSTEMS. THE EXHAUST SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED
 TO MINIMIZE NOISE LEVELS USING INLINE FAN SILENCERS OR
 OTHER APPROVED METHODS.
  
 5. YOUR COMMENT RESPONSE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE FOLLOWING
 ORIGIANL COMMENT: SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED. ALL
 APPLICABLE PERMITS AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED
 BEFORE COMMENCING THE WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS, PLANS AND
 FEES, ARE REQUIRED FOR SIGNS, SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS,
 GAS SYSTEMS, GENERATORS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, FIRE
 SPRINKLER AND OTHER FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS, GREASE
 INTERCEPTORS, SITE LIGHTING, SITE LANDSCAPE, SITE
 IRRIGATION, ETC.
  
 6. YOUR COMMENT RESPONSE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE FOLLOWING
