| | DOWNTOWN AND I-95 (THROUGH BELVEDERE) ARE ACCESSIBLE TO |
| | THE NORTH OF THE PROJECT. |

| | B. THE ANALYSIS SHOWS OVER 1,070 DAILY TRIPS USE |
| | HAMPTON ROAD TO ENTER / EXIT THE PROJECT. HAMPTON IS A |
| | SMALL ROAD WITH AN UNSIGNALIZED INTERSECTION AT DIXIE. |
| | WE ARE CONCERNED THAT THIS INTERSECTION (AND HAMPTON IN |
| | GENERAL) MAY BE OVERBURDENED AS A RESULT OF THIS |
| | PROJECT. |

| | C. THE ANALYSIS INDICATES THE PERCENTAGE OF PEAK HOUR |
| | TRIPS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE LESS THAN 7.5% OF THE |
| | TOTAL DAILY TRIPS. THIS APPEARS TO BE VERY LOW FOR A |
| | PRIMARILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE |
| | ASSUMPTIONS USED TO ARRIVE AT THE NUMBER OF DAILY |
| | TRIPS. |

| | 3. PLEASE SUBMIT ESTIMATES FOR THE PEAK POTABLE WATER |
| | DEMAND, SANITARY SEWER FLOW, AND SOLID WASTE COLLECTION |

| | ROLL-OFF COMPACTOR IS PROPOSED, PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER |

| | INCORPORATED INTO FINAL POTABLE WATER AND SANITARY |

| | 8. WHERE ARE THE GREASE TRAPS PROPOSED TO BE LOCATED |
