 CURRENTLY HAS A TWO-STORY STRUCTURE. THE SURFACE
 PARKING LOT IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE
 IS RELOCATED. PLEASE COORDINATE WIH THE CRA FOR THE
 RELOCATION OF THE STRUCTURE.
 THE NEW SURFACE PARKING LOT AREA IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY
 WITH THE MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENT ALONG GARDENIA
 STREET PLUS THE 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
 STAFF RECOMMENDS TO REPLACE WHEEL STOPS BY CONTINUES
 CURBS AND ALLOW THE MEDIAN PLANTING AREA TO INCLUDE THE
 TWO FRONT FEET OF THE PARKING SPACES.
 WHAT IS THE DIRECTION OF THE 12' DRIVE AISLE ON THE
 NORTH SIDE OF THE SURFACE PARKING?
 PROJECT IS REQURIED TO PROVIDE HANDICAP SPACES
 ACCORDING TO TABLE XV-3.
