 1. SUBMIT ORIGINAL SIGNED OWNER'S AFFIDAVIT, ONLY A
 COPY WAS PROVIDED IN THE APPLICATIONS.
  
 2. SUBMIT ALL UTILITY LETTERS.
  
 3. PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING ON THE PHOTOMETRIC
 PLAN:
  
 A. INCLUDE A NOTATION THAT THE PLAN COMPLIES WITH ZLDR
 SEC. 94-309(A) REGARDING GLARE ON ADJACENT
 THOROUGHFARES.
  
 B. INCLUDE SETBACKS ON THE PLAN. ALL NEW LIGHT POLES
 MUST COMPLY WITH BUILDING SETBACKS.
  
 4. CORRECT STRIPING DETAIL TO SHOW ALL DOUBLE STRIPED
 LINES FOR ALL SPACES AND CONNECTED AT THE BOTTOM.
 PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU NEED A COPY OF THE STANDARD
 STRIPING DETAIL.
  
 5. THE BICYCLE RACK MODEL LISTED ON THE PLAN IS NOT
 CONSISTENT IN STYLE OF RACK SHOWN ON THE PLAN. PLEASE
 NOTE THE BICYCLE RACK MODEL NVBR LISTED ON THE PLANS IS
 A COMB STYLE RACK AND IS NOT A PERMITTED STYLE. PLEASE
 REVISE.
  
 6. PLEASE LOCATE TWO BICYCLE RACKS CLOSER TO THE MAIN
 BUILDING ENTRANCE. THE OTHER TWO RACKS ARE FINE IN THE
 ORIGINAL LOCATION PROPOSED. ADJUST DETAILS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7. THE FOLLOWING ARE COMMENTS ON THE SITE DATA CHART ON
 SHEET SP1:
  
 A. THE PROVIDED OPEN SPACE SHOULD BE CLOSER TO 93% AND
 SHOULD BE RE-REVIEWED. PLEASE NOTE THAT OPEN SPACE
 MEANS "AN OPEN, UNENCLOSED AREA CONSISTING OF SETBACKS,
 LANDSCAPING, BUFFERS, VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN
 CIRCULATION FEATURES, AND SURFACE PARKING."
  
 B. FOR THE BUILDING COVERAGE CALCULATION, IT APPEARS
 THAT THE SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THE SECOND FLOOR OF
 BUILDING #1 HAS BEEN INCLUDED AND SHOULD NOT BE COUNTED
 TOWARD BUILDING COVERAGE. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR
 BUILDING #2 AND #3 DO NOT MATCH THEIR BUILDING
 FOOTPRINTS ON THE PLAN. PLEASE REVISE OR EXPLAIN THIS
 DISCREPANCY. ADJUST ALL BUILDING COVERAGE NUMBERS
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 C. FOR THE PARKING CALCULATION, IT APPEARS THE AREA FOR
 THE SERVICE BAYS AND CAR WASH ARE BEING CALCULATED
 TWICE INTO THE PARKING CALCULATION - ONCE FOR THE MOTOR
 VEHICLE SALES & SERVICE AND A SECOND TIME UNDER SERVICE
 BAYS OR CAR WASH, RESPECTIVELY. PLEASE DO NOT COUNT THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE SERVICE BAYS AND CAR WASH INTO
 THE MOTOR VEHICLE SALES & SERVICE PARKING AS THEY ARE
 ALREADY PROVIDING REQUIRED PARKING UNDER THEIR
 RESPECTIVE CATEGORIES. PLEASE UPDATE THE PARKING
 COUNTS.
  
 D. PLEASE CLARIFY ON THE PLANS IF THE TOTAL PROPOSED
 SPACES INCLUDE ONLY REGULAR SPACES OR REGULAR SPACES
 AND ADA SPACES.
  
 8. REVISE DUMPSTER DETAIL TO MEET MINIMUM DIMENSIONS OF
 ZLDR SEC. 94-444, FIGURE XIV-3.
  
 9. IF ANY CHANGES TO THE SITE DATA AFFECT THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT, PLEASE UPDATE THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT TO REFLECT THE CHANGES.
  
 10. WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
  
 B. PROVIDE 12 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS
 ALONG WITH ONE REDUCED COPY AND ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL
 PLANS.
  
 C. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 D. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
  
 E. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE MARCH 3, 2016
 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING, ALL PLANS MUST BE
 REVISED AND SUBMITTED BY MONDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2016.
