 1.) PROVIDE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM THE FOLLOWING
 PUBLIC UTILITIES THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT
 ENCROACH INTO THEIR EASEMENTS OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE
 WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THEIR SERVICES: AT&T, FPU, FPL
 AND COMCAST. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SITE PLAN WILL NOT BE
 APPROVED UNTIL ALL UTILITY LETTERS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED
 BY STAFF. [REPEAT COMMENT FROM 12/8/15 AND 3/23/16]
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) THE PROPOSED 7 FT. HIGH WALL ALONG 2ND STREET SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 6 FT. IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE 12 FT. FRONT
 SETBACK. ADDITIONALLY, THE PERIMETER 7 FT. HIGH WALL
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 6 FT. IN HEIGHT ALONG THE SIDE AND
 REAR PROPERTY LINES. [ZLDR S.94- 109]
  
 2.) THE ARCHITECTURAL EYEBROW CANNOT ENCROACH INTO THE
 12 FT. BUILDING SETBACK BY MORE THAN 2 FT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE DIMENSIONS IN THE SITE PLAN TO ENSURE THAT THE
 EYEBROW DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO THE BUILDING SETBACK.

 3.) THE BICYCLE RACK SHALL BE MOVED FROM THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY ONTO THE PROPERTY. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS TO
 ILLUSTRATE THAT THE PLACEMENT OF THE RACK IS CONSISTENT
 WITH THE CITY?S BICYCLE STANDARDS. ALSO, INCLUDE
 BICYCLE PARKING INFORMATION IN THE DATA TABULAR IN
 SHEET A0.03.
  
 ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS:
  
 1.) PURSUANT TO S. 94-109, TABLE IV-4 OF THE ZLDR,
 FA?ADES ENCLOSING ACTIVE USES SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM
 OF 15 PERCENT FENESTRATION. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE NORTH AND SOUTH ELEVATIONS TO
 ENSURE THAT THIS MINIMUM REQUIREMENT IS MET.
  
 2.) CLARIFY THE "ARCHITECTURE FEATURE/TREATMENT
 PROJECTION 4.5 INCHES" IN SHEET A3.00. IS THE
 PROJECTION REFERRING TO THE FENESTRATION?
  
 3.) ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE TRANSPARENT, NOT TINTED OR
 MIRRORED. PLEASE SPECIFY MATERIAL AND NOTATE IN THE
 PLANS.

 1.) ADDITIONAL UTILITY AND CIVIL COMMENTS HAVE BEEN
 IDENTIFIED ON THE REVISED PLANS BY THE ENGINEERING

 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF
 SIXTEEN (16) PAPER COPIES AND ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN
 8.5 INCHES X 11 INCHES, AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL
 PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT ($300.00) OF THE ORIGINAL
