 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:

 ON THE PLANS CONTAIN NOTES ABOUT REMOVING EXISTING
 TREES AND PALMS ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY. ANY REMOVAL
 PROPOSED WILL REQUIRE A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 AUTHORIZED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 MITIGATION CHART TO REFLECT A TREE INVENTORY, AND
 PROVIDE PERTINENT INFORMATION FOR EACH TREE PER SECTION
 94-448 (E) INCLUDING SPECIES, CANOPY SIZE AND
 REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENT FOR ANY TREES OR PALMS PROPOSED

 PIGEON PLUM TO MATCH THE EXISTING STREET TREES ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF ROSEMARY, AND REMOVE THE NOTE REFERRING TO
 RESERVING PALMS ON SHEET LP-1.

 HAVE STRUCTURAL SOIL EXTENDING 5 FEET IN ALL DIRECTIONS
 UP TO THE CURB. IF THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE 5 FOOT
 REQUIRED STRUCTURAL SOIL AND AN ADJACENT PERVIOUS
 LANDSCAPE AREA IS LESS THAN 4 FEET, THE STRUCTURAL SOIL
 SHALL BE EXTENDED UNDER THE SIDEWALK TO MEET THE
 LANDSCAPE AREA. PLEASE SHOW ALL STRUCTURAL SOIL
 LOCATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, AND PROVIDE A TYPICAL
 DETAIL.

 EACH SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE
 GUIDE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART SECTION 94-442 (G).
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW SAFE SIGHT TRIANGLE LOCATIONS
 STARTING FROM THE BACK OF CURB PER SECTION 94-113(C).
  
 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW HOW THE LANDSCAPE AREA WILL
 BE PROTECTED ADJACENT TO THE FRONT OF THE PARKING
 SPACES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE GARAGE PER SECTION
 94-113(E)(3). PROVIDE WHEEL STOPS, OR MOVE THE CURB
 BACK TO PROVIDE MORE PERVIOUS ARE FOR THE OVERHANG.

 WALL AS TO THE TYPE OF SYSTEM PROPOSED.

 ENGINEERING PLANS TO SHOW LOCATIONS OF ANY LIGHTING OR
 FPL EQUIPMENT AND LOCATIONS OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 SUCH AS A/C COMPRESSORS. ADJUST CONFLICTS BETWEEN
 LANDSCAPING AND PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND
 MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 12. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS
 TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS.
 THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND
 CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED
 BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 13. SATISFIED. PLEASE CHANGE THE PLANT SPECIES ALONG
 THE ROSEMARY LOBBY FACE TO MEET THE 50 PERCENT
 TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENT FOR THE REQUIRED ACTIVE USE.

 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES OR

 BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
