 COMMENTS:
  
 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 2. THE EXIT ROUTE FROM THE NORTH STAIR TO THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL HAVE SEPARATION FROM THE SOUTH STAIR
 EXIT ROUTE, SHEET A2.01 DOES NOT SHOW THE PROPOSED EXIT
 ROUTE, AND IT APPEARS THAT THE EXIT ROUTE FROM THE
 NORTH STAIR WOULD TAKE THOSE EVACUATING THE BUILDING
 THROUGH THE LOBBY AND PAST THE SOUTH STAIR ONTO THE
 SIDEWALK ON 2ND STREET. PER SECTION 1021.3 OF FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, EXITS SHALL BE SEPARATED BY A DISTANCE
 NO LESS THAN ONE-THIRD OF THE BUILDING DIAGONAL
 DIMENSION IN SPRINKLER PROTECTED BUILDINGS.
  
 3. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT, THE PLANS SHALL SHOW AT
 LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE, COMPLYING WITH SECTIONS
 206.2 AND 402.2 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, FROM THE
 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY TO ALL ACCESSIBLE BUILDING OR
 FACILITY ENTRANCES. THE VEHICULAR DRIVEWAY SHALL NOT BE
 THE ONLY PEDESTRIAN AND WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO THE
 BUILDING.
  
 4. WHEN THE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS ROUTE IS SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS, ANY PART OF AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE WITH A SLOPE
 GREATER THAN 1:20 SHALL BE CONSIDERED A RAMP AND SHALL
 COMPLY WITH SECTION 405 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
 5. PER SECTION 208.2.4 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE,
 ONE IN EVERY SIX ACCESSIBLE SPACES (AT LEAST ONE) IN A
 PARKING STRUCTURE, SHALL BE ?VAN ACCESSIBLE? AND
 DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION OF 502 OF FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE (VERTICAL CLEARANCE NOT LESS THAN 98
 INCHES AT SPACE AND VEHICULAR ACCESS ROUTE). THE ONE
 PROVIDED ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE SHALL BE VAN
 ACCESSIBLE.
  
 6. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT, THE PLANS SHALL
 SHOW THAT THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE BUILDINGS
 WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEIGHT, AREA AND
 OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS IN CHAPTER 5 OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE
  
 7. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT, COMPLIANCE WITH
 ALL BUILDING SEPARATION, PERCENTAGE OF OPENINGS AND
 OPENING PROTECTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTERS 6 AND 7 OF
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE SHALL BE VERIFIED.
  
 8. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS
 AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE COMMENCING THE
 WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS, PLANS AND FEES, ARE REQUIRED
 FOR SIGNS, SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS, GAS SYSTEMS,
 GENERATORS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, FIRE SPRINKLER AND
 OTHER FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS, GREASE INTERCEPTORS,
 SITE LIGHTING, SITE LANDSCAPE, SITE IRRIGATION, ETC.
  
 9. THIS PROJECT WILL BE SUBJECT TO ART IN PUBLIC PLACES
 (AIPP) ASSESSMENT. FOR ADVICE ON THE PROVISION OF
 PUBLIC ARTWORK IN LIEU OF THE AIPP ASSESSMENT, CONTACT
