 CONDITIONS OF CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT:
  
 THE SITE PLAN IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE CLASS B SPECIAL
 USE PERMIT IS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS TO
 ADDRESS AT TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT SUBMITTAL:
  
 1. UPDATE SHEET CVR TO REFLECT UPDATED CALCULATIONS AS
 SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-2).
  
 2. REVISED PLAN STILL DOES NOT SHOW ADA SPACES WITH
 CONNECTED LINES AT THE BOTTOM. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 3. ADD STRIPING DETAIL FOR ANGLED PARKING.
  
 4. AN ADDITIONAL DETAIL FOR THE BICYCLE RACK SPACING
 SHALL BE INCLUDED TO SHOW A MINIMUM OF 36 INCHES
 BETWEEN RACKS AND A MINIMUM OF 24 INCHES BETWEEN RACK
 AND EDGE OF CONCRETE PAD. THE LENGTH OF THE PAD SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF 6 FEET.
  
 5. PROVIDE SURVEY ABSTRACTED FOR EASEMENTS.
  
 6. OBTAIN AN EASEMENT CONSENT FORM SIGN-OFF FROM AT&T
 FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE AT&T EASEMENT.
  
 7. INCLUDE OVERALL BUILDING HEIGHT ON BUILDING
 ELEVATIONS.
  
 8. THE APPLICANT SHALL UNIFY ALL PROPERTY BY SUBMITTING
 AN APPLICATION FOR A UNITY OF TITLE THROUGH THE CITY'S
 ENGINEERING AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
  
 9. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE UPDATED TO INCLUDE
 LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SOUTHERN PORTION THE
 PROPERTY. LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENT SHALL BE INCOMPLIANCE
 WITH THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
  
 10. UPDATE ENGINEERING PLANS TO REMOVE GRASS PARKING
 AND ADD CURBING AND WHEEL STOPS TO PROTECT LANDSCAPED
 AREAS.
