 1. PRINTED SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH DIGITAL RED-LINED
 PLAN SUBMITTED. ZONING COMMENTS WERE MADE REVIEWING THE
 RED-LINED SITE PLAN WHICH APPEARS TO BE MORE UP TO DATE
 THAN THE SUBMITTED PAPER PLANS.
  
 2. INCLUDE SETBACK DIMENSIONED ALONG SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 3. WHAT IS THE NOTATION NEXT TO THE ADA RAMP BY
 'PROPOSED HALL' BUILDING?
  
 4. ENGINEERING PLANS INDICATE PARKING SPACES AROUND THE
 PROPOSED HALL BUILDING WILL BE STABILIZED TURF. PARKING
 ON GRASS IS NOT PERMITTED. PARKING SPACES WILL NEED TO
 BE PAVED WITH A NONDUSTING SURFACE [ZLDR SEC.
 94-485(E)]. IMPERVIOUS/PERVIOUS CALCULATIONS TO BE
 ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY FOR ANY CHANGES.
  
 5. HOW IS LANDSCAPING BEING PROTECTED FROM VEHICLES?
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF CURBING AND WHEEL STOPS.
  
 6. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #3] - PARKING CALCULATION NEEDS TO
 BE PROVIDED ON THE SITE PLAN. INCLUDE NOTATION THAT
 THERE ARE 20 SPACES THAT SERVE THE EXISTING BUILDING.
 THE NEW BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE WILL USE THE 1 PER
 1,000 ASSEMBLY PARKING RATE UNDER THE PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR CHURCHES.

 BASED OFF OF TOTAL PROVIDED PARKING. IF 26 SPACES ARE
 PROVIDED, TWO OF THE SPACES MUST BE ADA [ZLDR SEC.

 STRIPING DETAIL WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED FOR 40 DEGREE

 PROVIDED ON SHEET SP-2 AS INDICATED. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 11. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #12] - WHILE THE SITE IS ADDING
 LESS THAN 20 NEW SPACES, THE TOTAL PROPOSED PARKING
 SPACES IS 26 AND TWO BICYCLE PARKING SPACES WILL BE
 REQUIRED. PLEASE INCLUDE LOCATION WITH PAD AND RACK
 DETAIL.
  
 12. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #13] - NOTATION ADDED TO THE PLAN
 INDICATES THAT 'LOADING ZONE NOT TO BE USED WHEN PEOPLE
 ARE OCCUPYING THE BUILDING'. THIS SEEMS A BIT
 IMPRACTICAL IF SOMEONE IS SETTING UP FOR AN EVENT WHERE
 PEOPLE NEED TO BE IN THE BUILDING TO RECEIVE THE
 DELIVERY. IT IS RECOMMENDED THE NOTATION BE SOMETHING
 SIMILAR TO THE EFFECT THAT THE LOADING IS ONLY FOR
 OFF-PEAK HOURS OF USE.
  
 13. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #14] - WAIVER TO MINIMUM AMOUNT
 OF OPEN SPACE HAS BEEN REQUESTED, BUT NO JUSTIFICATION
 OR RESPONSE TO WAIVER STANDARDS PROVIDED. PLEASE
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION JUSTIFYING THE WAIVER REQUEST AND
 RESPONSE TO WAIVER STANDARDS ZLDR SECTION 94-273(A)(2).
 ADDITIONAL FEE REQUIRED FOR WAIVER - $270. PLEASE
 REVIEW AND PROVIDE A GRAPHIC OF HOW THE PERVIOUS AREA
 OF 35% WAS ARRIVED AT. IT APPEARS THAT THE PERVIOUS
 AREA IS MUCH LESS THAN 35%.

 ADDED TO LEGAL DESCRIPTION REFERENCES PLAT BOOK AND
 PAGE NUMBER, ONE OF WHICH DOES NOT PERTAIN TO THE
 PROPERTY. ADDITIONAL LOTS WERE NOT ADDED TO THE LEGAL
 DESCRIPTION. PLEASE REVIEW PROPERTY SURVEY FOR CORRECT
 INFORMATION.

 EASEMENT WAS NOT PROVIDED.
