 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN SIGNED AND SEALED BY
 A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT PER SECTION 94-448 (D)(2)R.
  
 2. THE MINIMUM LANDSCAPE AREA REQUIRED IS 15%. PLEASE
 REVISE THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS TO SHOW THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE AREA MEETS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED.
  
 3. PLEASE CALCULATE THE NUMBER OF SHADE, FLOWERING
 TREES AND SHRUBS REQUIRED BASED ON THE REQUIRED 40%
 OPEN SPACE FOR THE SITE PER SECTION 94-442(B)(2)B.
  
 4. PLEASE IDENTIFY EXISTING TREES ON THE PROPERTY AND
 INDICATE THE SPECIES, SIZE, AND IF THEY WILL BE
 REMOVED, RELOCATED, OR REMAIN. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 MITIGATION CHART TO REFLECT THE TREE INVENTORY, AND
 PROVIDE PERTINENT INFORMATION FOR EACH TREE PER SECTION
 94-448 (E) INCLUDING SPECIES, CANOPY SIZE AND
 REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENT FOR ANY TREES PROPOSED TO BE
 REMOVED.
  
 5. PLEASE INDICATE THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 AT THE PERIMETER OF THE PROPERTY, AND PROVIDE TREES AND
 HEDGES PER SECTION 94-443(B) AND TABLE XIV-1. PLEASE
 CALCULATE THE LENGTH OF EACH BUFFER AND PROVIDE A TREE
 FOR EACH 30 FEET OR PORTION THEREOF.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND TREE AT THE
 END OF THE ROWS OF PARKING PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3)A.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND TREE SO THAT
 THERE ARE NO MORE THAN 10 PARKING SPACES IN A ROW OF
 PARKING PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3)B.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY FOR EACH SPECIES
 ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE GUIDE AND
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 CHART SECTION 94-442 (G).
  
 9. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE AND ENGINEERING PLANS TO
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ANY LIGHTING OR FPL EQUIPMENT AND
 LOCATIONS OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SUCH AS A/C
 COMPRESSORS ADJUST CONFLICTS BETWEEN LANDSCAPING AND
 AND PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT
 AND UTILITIES.
  
 10. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
