 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 NOVEMBER 20, 2015, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE DECEMBER 15,
 2015 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY JANUARY 12,
 2015), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY
 FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 1) THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCES ALONG EXCHANGE COURT SHALL BE
 RECONFIGURED SO THAT THE LARGE TRUCKS AND CAR CARRIERS
 ACCESSING THE SITE ARE NOT FORCED TO UTILIZE THE
 ONCOMING LANE OF TRAFFIC WHEN ENTERING OR LEAVING THE
 SITE. ADDITIONALLY, THE TRUCK TURNING MOVEMENTS SHALL
 NOT FORCE THE TRUCKS INTO PARKING SPACES OR OVER
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS AS SHOWN ON THE SUBMITTED PLANS. THIS
 WAS CONVEYED TO UDKS DURING THE PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR THE
 RECENTLY APPROVED EXPANSION.
  
 2) DEMONSTRATE HOW A TRUCK WOULD ACCESS THE RELOCATED
 10 FOOT X 50 FOOT LOADING SPACE ON THE FIRST LEVEL OF
 THE PARKING GARAGE.
  
 3) WHERE IS THE THIRD REQUIRED 10 FOOT X 50 FOOT
 LOADING SPACE? IT SHALL NOT BE SHOWN BLOCKING A DRIVE
 AISLE OR PARKING AND SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE BY A TRUCK.
 STAFF UNDERSTANDS THAT THERE ARE ADDITIONAL AREAS
 ON-SITE THAT MAY BE USED TO LOAD AND UNLOAD DURING
 CERTAIN TIMES THAT MAY NOT BE OFFICIALLY DESIGNATED
 LOADING SPACES.
  
 4) THE RELOCATED BICYCLE PAD WITH RACKS DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH THE LOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-485(Q)2.
  
 5) THERE ARE AREAS ON THE PLANS WHERE PARKING TAGS AND
 THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF SPACES DO NOT AGREE. SOME EXAMPLES
 ARE LISTED BELOW, THERE ARE MORE. ALL PARKING SHALL BE
 ACCURATELY REFLECTED ON THE PLANS AND ON THE DATA
 TABLES.
 A. THE ROW OF CUSTOMER PARKING IN FRONT OF THE BMW
 SHOWROOM IS INCORRECTLY LABELED AS 10 SPACES WHEN IT
 HAS 11 SPACES.
 B. THE SOUTHWEST VEHICLE DISPLAY BAY (FRONTING
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD) ONLY HAS 11 DISPLAY BAYS NOT 12
 AS LISTED.
  
 6) UPON COUNTING THE CUSTOMER PARKING SPACES, THERE IS
 A PARKING ROW WITH 11 SPACES ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 THAT IS MARKED AS HAVING ONLY 10 SPACES. THIS EITHER
 NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED OR A WAIVER FOR THE NUMBER OF
 PARKING SPACES IN A ROW NEEDS TO BE APPROVED BY THE
 CITY COMMISSION. IF REQUESTED, JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS
 WAIVER IS REQUIRED.
  
 7) STAFF COUNTS 252 SURFACE PARKING SPACES PROVIDED,
 NOT 247 AS STATED ON THE PLANS. RECOUNT YOUR PARKING
 NUMBERS. ACCURATE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 8) STAFF COUNTS 289 SURFACE VEHICLE DISPLAY SPACES, NOT
 246 AS STATED ON THE PLANS. PART OF THIS DISCREPANCY IS
 THE SEVEN MISLABELED VEHICLE DISPLAY BAYS. THE
 REMAINDER IS THE 24 SPACES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE
 AREA JUST LABELED "BRICK PAVER PARKING" WHICH IS IN
 FRONT OF BUILDING B. PLEASE PROVIDE HOW THE AMOUNT OF
 OUTDOOR VEHICLE DISPLAY AREA WAS CALCULATED. STAFF
 CALCULATED A DIFFERENT AMOUNT AND THUS THE PARKING
 COUNT PROVIDED ON THE PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE STAFF'S
 TOTAL REQUIRED.
  
 9) DETAILS FROM THE APPROVED SITE PLAN ARE NOT INCLUDED
 ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS. SOME EXAMPLES ARE LISTED
 BELOW. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU USE THE JULY 9, 2015
 REVISION THAT WAS APPROVED, NOT THE JULY 8, 2015
 VERSION THAT WAS SUBMITTED.
 A. REMOVABLE BOLLARD LABELS AND LOCATIONS.
 B. THE SETBACKS AND DIMENSIONS OF THE BICYCLE PAD
 BEHIND BUILDING B.
 C. THE WAIVER TABLE.
  
 10) PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE BUILDING LOT COVERAGE
 INCREASED AND A VISUAL COMPARISON OF THE APPROVED VS.
 THE NEW PLANS SHOWS MORE PAVED AREAS AND LESS
 LANDSCAPE, YET THE AMOUNT OF ON-SITE LANDSCAPE
 PERCENTAGE DID NOT DECREASE.
  
 11) THE NEW PORSCHE SERVICE BAY CONFIGURATION APPEARS
 TO HAVE 18 SERVICE BAYS, NOT 17 AS LISTED.
  
 12) THE NEW CENTER SERVICE BAY (BEHIND BUILDING D) IS
 LISTED ON THE SITE PLAN AS HAVING 12 BAYS, BUT STAFF
 ONLY COUNTS 10 BAYS. PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 13) STAFF CANNOT VERIFY PARKING REQUIREMENTS WITHOUT
 ACCURATE COUNT OF THE SERVICE BAYS.
  
 14) THE TOTAL INTERIOR SPACE COUNTED FOR PARKING IS
 120,390 SQUARE FEET, WHICH AT 1 PARKING SPACE PER 500
 SQUARE FEET REQUIRES 241 PARKING SPACES, NOT 240 AS
 LISTED.
  
 15) THERE ARE SOME INCONSISTENT CURB LINES WITHIN THE
 DRIVEWAY BETWEEN BUILDINGS D AND E ON THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SITE PLAN.
  
 16) THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SPACES IN THE GARAGE IS 653
 WHEN ADDING UP THE LINE ITEMS ON SHEET A-2.0 (5TH FLOOR
 SHOWS A REDUCTION OF 4 SPACES VS. APPROVED PLAN). THIS
 AFFECTS EITHER THE INVENTORY OR SERVICE PARKING SPACES.
 STAFFS COUNT OF THE SPACES ON THE 5TH FLOOR ONLY RESULT
 IN 117 PARKING SPACES. THE "RECONDITIONING SPACES" MAY
 NOT COUNT TOWARD MEETING PARKING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 17) STAFF EXPECTS THAT THE NEW GARAGE WILL RESULT IN
 THE VEHICLE DISPLAY SPACES ONLY HOLDING ONE CAR PER
 SPACE AS INTENDED AND NOT MULTIPLE CARS THAT BOTH
 ENCROACH INTO DRIVE AISLES, BUT ALSO TAKE UP MORE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE, WHICH THEN RESULTS IN THE REQUIREMENT
 FOR MORE CUSTOMER PARKING SPACES.
  
 18) THE GARAGE HEIGHT HAS INCREASED. THIS REQUIRES THE
 CITY COMMISSION TO APPROVE A REVISED SETBACK WAIVER. IF
 REQUESTED, JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS WAIVER IS REQUIRED.
  
 19) THE PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW SAME
 DIMENSIONS AS THE SITE PLAN ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 MINI BUILDING FOR THE DRIVE AISLE AND PARKING STALL
 DEPTH.
  
 20) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THERE ARE SABAL PALMS PLANTED ON
 TOP OF THE FPL TRANSFORMERS IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
 THE SITE.
  
 21) PROVIDE THE FOUNDATION PLANTING CALCULATIONS SO
 THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THE 30% MINIMUM IS MET FOR THE
 NEW BUILDINGS.
