 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE AN OPEN SPACE DIAGRAM TO SHOW
 QUALIFIED OPEN SPACE AREAS FOR:
 ? 25% PRIVATE OPEN SPACE AND IDENTIFY AS ROOFTOP GARDEN
 OR TERRACE
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THE OPEN SPACE
 AREAS BY CATEGORY, AND PERCENTAGE OF VEGETATED AREA
 (30%) AND TREE CANOPY (20%) TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 SECTION 94-109 TABLE IV-7.
  
 3. PLEASE SHOW THE CALCULATIONS FOR TREE CANOPY BY
 SPECIES PER SECTION 94-109 TABLE IV-8.
  
 4. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART SECTION 94-446 (G) FOR THE ONSITE
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. PLEASE REVISE THE EXISTING TREE DISPOSITION CHART
 FROM SHEET L-1 TO INDICATE THE EXISTING OAK TREES ARE
 IN THE RIGHT OF WAY, AND NOT ON SITE. PROVIDE THE
 NUMBER OF STREET TREES PROPOSED. STAFF RECOMMENDS
 REMOVAL OF THE THREE EXISTING TREES AS THEY ARE IN POOR
 CONDITION, AND REPLACE WITH NEW TREES PLANTED IN
 STRUCTURAL SOIL.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE OAK TREES AS STREET TREES ALONG
 TRINITY PLACE TO REMAIN CONSISTENT WITH THE EXISTING
 STREETSCAPE.
  
 7. PLEASE ADD ANOTHER STREET TREE AT THE EAST END OF
 THE SIDEWALK ALONG TRINITY PLACE TO MEET THE 30 FOOT
 SPACING REQUIREMENT.
  
 8. STREET TREES LOCATED IN A SIDEWALK SHALL HAVE
 STRUCTURAL SOIL EXTENDING 5 FEET IN ALL DIRECTIONS UP
 TO THE CURB. INDICATE STRUCTURAL SOIL LOCATIONS ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL MAY NEED TO BE
 AMENDED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH OTHER INSTALLATIONS.
  
 9. PLEASE ADD PLANTING AREAS AROUND STREET TREES AT THE
 ENDS OF PARKING SPACES, AND PROVIDE 6 FOOT LONG BY 5
 FOOT WIDE PLANTING AREAS WITH SHRUBS PLANTED TO BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE STREETSCAPE FURTHER EAST ON TRINITY
 PLACE. SHRUBS MAY BE VARIED.
  
 10. PLEASE ADD LANDSCAPING ALONG THE BUILDING ADJACENT
 TO DIXIE.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO THE
 DEVELOPMENT. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A SEPARATE
 MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
 3. IRRIGATION FOR STREET TREES AND LANDSCAPING IN THE
 RIGHT OF WAYS SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT,
 SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM THE SUBJECT DEVELOPMENT.
 ALL EXISTING CITY IRRIGATION LINES RUNNING TO
 INDIVIDUAL AREAS OR TREES SHALL BE REMOVED AND CAPPED
 IN SUCH A WAY TO ENSURE CITY IRRIGATION SUPPLY LINES
 SHALL REMAIN INTACT AND CONTINUOUS FOR OTHER AREAS
 SERVED BY THE LINES.
