 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE TREE TABULAR CHART ON
 SHEET TR-1 TO SHOW TREE 10 TO REMAIN.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED
 SHADE TREES AND FLOWERING TREES FOR THE SITE PER
 SECTION 94-442 (B) BASED ON THE 40% REQUIRED OPEN SPACE
 CALCULATION.
  
 THE APPLICANT IS MAKING CHANGES TO THE NUMBER OF TREES
 ON SITE. AN ACCOUNTING IS NEEDED TO ESTABLISH THE LEVEL
 OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE WITH THE PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DROUGHT TOLERANCE
 LEVEL FOR EACH PLANT SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST AS
 CONTAINED IN WATERWISE, THE SOUTH FLORIDA WATER
 MANAGEMENT DISTRICT PLANT AND LANDSCAPE PRACTICES GUIDE
 TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(G) FLORIDA
 FRIENDLY LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS. ADDING A COLUMN
 IDENTIFYING NATIVE PLANTS IS ALSO SUGGESTED.
  
 4. SATISFIED. EXPLAIN THE PROPOSED REMOVAL OF THE PINK
 TABABUIAS #11 ANND #12. THIS WOULD NOT MEET THE BUFFER
 TREE REQUIREMENT OR THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF FLOWERING
 TREES REQUIRED.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SHRUBS IN THE 5 FOOT
 BUFFER STRIP ALONG THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 A HEDGE NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED IN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 ALONG THE EAST BUILDING ADJACENT TO THE ROAD. THIS WILL
 PROVIDE AN IMPROVED LOOK FROM THE STREET AND BRING THE
 AREA INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR BUFFER
 AND REQUIRED TREES AND INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TREES FOR ANY
 PORTION OF THE REQUIRED MEASUREMENT, PARTICULARLY ALONG
 THE EAST PROPERTY LINE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS AND SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR A HEDGE AND TREES EVERY 30
 FEET FOR THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY
 LINE, AS THIS IS THE AREA MOST IMPACTED BY THE PROPOSED
 DUST COLLECTOR. IF THE DUMPSTER IS BEING MODIFIED, IT
 CAN BE DESIGNED TO ALLOW THE HEDGE AND ALL REQUIRED
 TREES TO BE INSTALLED IN THE NORTH BUFFER.
  
 7. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF
 ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM
 CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 TREES ARE BEING ADDED TO THE PROPERTY, AND AT A MINIMUM
 THE LOCATIONS OF THE NEW TREES NEED TO SHOW MITIGATION
 OF ANY POSSIBLE CONFLICTS WITH INFRASTRUCTURE.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LANDSCAPE AREA AND HEDGE
 TO PROVIDE SCREENING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE WALL AND THE WEST SIDE OF THE DUST COLLECTOR
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
 THE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOW A MODIFICATION OF
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE FROM WHAT CURRENTLY EXISTS. THIS
 TRIGGERS COMPLIANCE WITH THE CURRENT CODE.
  
 9. SATISFIED. DEPENDING ON THE FINAL DESIGN OF THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER FOR THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE, PLEASE
 ADD A HEDGE WHERE POSSIBLE.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TERMINAL LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND AT THE END OF EACH ROW OF PARKING SPACES
 INCLUDING A TREE TO MEET SECTION 94-443(C)(3). THERE
 ARE SEVERAL LOCATIONS WHERE PARKING IS PROPOSED TO BE
 MODIFIED, AND LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHOULD BE INCORPORATED
 INTO THE DESIGN.
  
 ANY PARKING AREAS BEING RECONFIGURED MUST MEET CURRENT
 CODE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 11. SATISFIED. RECALCULATE PROVIDED LANDSCAPE AREA
 AFTER ADDRESSING THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS TO SHOW THE SITE
 MEETS THE MINIMUM 15% LANDSCAPE AREA.
 LANDSCAPE AREAS ARE BEING MODIFIED. THIS CALCULATION
 ESTABLISHES A CURRENT BENCHMARK WITH THIS APPROVAL. NON
 CONFORMITY HAS BEEN DECREASED.

 12. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO
 SHOW THE ADDITION OF THE VINYL FENCE TO REPLACE THE
 EXISTING CHAIN LINK ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE,

 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT,
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES PROPOSED TO BE ADDED TO THE SITE FROM
