 1. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #2.] SITE PLAN NEEDS TO ACCURATELY
 DEPICT SIDEWALKS. PROPOSED PLAN SHOWS LANDSCAPING IN
 LOCATION OF EXISTING SIDEWALK ALONG BROADWAY. ACCESS TO
 PUBLIC SIDEWALK WILL NEED TO REMAIN. THERE IS ALSO A
 BUS STOP LOCATED ALONG THE BROADWAY SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 2. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #4.] DIMENSION DRIVE AISLE WIDTHS
 AND INDICATE IF NEW CURB CUTS ARE PROPOSED OR EXISTING.
  
 3. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #5.] DEPICT PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO
 THE SITE.
  
 4. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #8.] INDICATE LAND USE AND ZONING
 OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY HAS SPLIT
 LAND USE AND ZONING WHICH NEEDS TO BE DEPICTED ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 5. [PART OF PREVIOUS COMMENT #9.] INDICATE ON SITE PLAN
 THE BUILDING SETBACKS.
  
 6. [PART OF PREVIOUS COMMENT #11.] OUTDOOR TRASH
 CONTAINERS SHALL BE SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ZLDR
 SEC. 94-444(C). PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE AND DUMPSTER DETAIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH ZLDR
 SEC. 94-444(B). THE MINIMUM REQUIRED DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 SIZE IS 13?- 8? BY 13?- 8?. FINAL LOCATION OF DUMPSTER
 TO BE APPROVED BY THE CITY?S ENGINEERING
 DIVISION/PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT.
  
 7. DIMENSION PARKING SPACES AND DRIVE AISLES. FOR
 ANGLED SPACES INCLUDE ANGLE OF THE PARKING. ONE PARKING
 SPACES WILL NEED TO BE AN ADA COMPLIANT SPACE. PROVIDE
 STRIPING DETAIL FOR BOTH STANDARD PARKING SPACE AND ADA
 PARKING SPACE.
  
 8. PROVIDE ONE BICYCLE PARKING SPACE PER 20 VEHICULAR
 SPACES. PROVIDE RACK DETAIL, SPACING, AND PAD DETAIL.
  
 9. FENCE LOCATED IN FRONT OF A BUILDING FA?ADE ALONG A
 STREET IS LIMITED TO 42 INCHES IN HEIGHT [ZLDR SEC.
 94-221(D)(2)].
  
 10. INDICATE CORNER SITE TRIANGLES ON THE PLAN TO
 DEMONSTRATE NO IMPROVEMENTS ABOVE 18 INCHES IN HEIGHT
 ARE LOCATED WITHIN THIS AREA [ZLDR SEC. 94-305(E)].
  
 11. PHOTOMETRIC PLAN IS REQUIRED TO EVALUATE THE
 PROPOSED ON-SITE LIGHTING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR SEC.
 94-309(A) AND 94-310(D).
  
 12. INCLUDE DUMPSTER AND VACUUM STAND SETBACKS FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE WHICH IS REQUIRED TO BE EVALUATED AS PART
 OF THE ADDITIONAL SETBACK STANDARDS SETBACKS OF
 STRUCTURES FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. DIMENSION IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE WAIVER REQUEST.
  
 13. PROVIDE A COMPLETE RESPONSE TO THE STANDARDS FOR
 CODE COMPLIANCE (FULL LIST OF STANDARDS WILL BE SENT
 OVER IN WORD FORMAT). IN ADDITION TO THE WAIVER REQUEST
 TO ZLDR SEC. 94-273(D)(46)(B)(1) REGARDING DISTANCE OF
 STRUCTURES FROM A RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT, THE PLAN
 ALSO DOES NOT MEET ZLDR SEC. 94-273(D)(46)(B)(3)(IV)
 REGARDING DISTANCE OF STRUCTURES FROM THE PUBLIC
 RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES AND AN ADDITION FEE OF $270 IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE ADDITIONAL WAIVER. PLEASE INCLUDE
 DIMENSIONS OF BUILDINGS FROM THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES
 INCLUDING DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AND VACUUM STATIONS.
  
 14. WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE SUBMIT 10 PAPER COPIES
 AND ELECTRONIC FILE OF THE PLANS.
