 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY
 IDENTIFYING EXISTING TREES ON THE PROPERTY AND INDICATE
 THE SPECIES, SIZE, AND IF THEY WILL BE REMOVED,
 RELOCATED, OR REMAIN. PLEASE PROVIDE A MITIGATION CHART
 TO REFLECT THE TREE INVENTORY, AND PROVIDE PERTINENT
 INFORMATION FOR EACH TREE PER SECTION 94-448 (E)
 INCLUDING SPECIES, CANOPY SIZE AND REPLACEMENT
 REQUIREMENT FOR ANY TREES PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED.
 PLEASE CORRECT THE FOLLOWING ON THE TREE DISPOSITION
 PLAN:
 ? ALL TREES WITH A CANOPY OF LESS THAN 35 FEET MUST BE
 MITIGATED 1:1 WITH A TREE IN THE SAME CATEGORY.
 INDICATE THIS ON THE CHART.
 ? ALL TREES WITH A CANOPY 35 FEET OR OVER MUST BE
 MITIGATED WITH A CORRESPONDING SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 CANOPY. INDICATE THIS ON THE CHART.
 ? THERE ARE SEVERAL EXISTING TREES ON SITE THAT THE
 LISTED CONDITION NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED IN ORDER TO
 PRESERVE ALL HEALTHY TREES ON SITE. STAFF DOES NOT
 SUPPORT REMOVAL OF HEALTHY TREES FROM THE EXISTING
 BUFFERS.
 ? THE MITIGATION SHOWING PROPOSED TREES NEEDS TO BE
 INCLUDED IN THE TREE DISPOSITION CHART.
  
 2. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED OPEN
 SPACE CALCULATION TO REFLECT THE REQUIRED 40 PERCENT OF
 THE TOTAL SITE AREA AND PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED SHADE AND
 FLOWERING TREE AND SHRUB CALCULATIONS PER SECTION
 94-442.
 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE PROVIDED FOR THE GROSS LOT AREA IS
 INCORRECT AND DOES NOT MATCH THE SURVEY DATA. BASED ON
 74067.84 SQ FT GROSS LOT AREA, THE 40% TO BE USED FOR
 TREE, FLOWERING TREE AND SHRUB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS IS
 29627.36 SQ FT. PLEASE REVISE ALL CALCULATIONS.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE REMOVE REFERENCES TO SECTION
 94-113, AS THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE.
 94-113 IS STILL REFERENCED ON SHEET CFG8.2.
  
 4. SATISFIED. TREES, PALMS AND SHRUBS PROPOSED TO BE
 PLANTED IN THE RIGHT OF WAY CANNOT BE COUNTED TOWARD
 ONSITE REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE PROVIDE A SEPARATE PLANT
 LIST FOR ANY OFF SITE LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TREES FOR
 ALL LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ON SITE PER SECTION 94-443.
  
 CALCULATIONS ARE TO BE BASED ON THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF
 THE BUFFER ON EACH SIDE OF THE LOT, AND A TREE PROVIDED
 FOR EACH 30 FEET OR PORTION THEREOF.
 SEE SECTION 94-443(B)(4) ..PAVED AREAS USE FOR
 PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION AND VEHICULAR ACCESS SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WHEN CALCULATING THE LENGTH OF THE BUFFER
 STRIP.
  
 6. NOT SATISFIED. A LANDSCAPE ISLAND MUST BE PROVIDED
 ON THE NORTH END OF THE ROW OF PARKING ALONG THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3).
 THE ISLAND MUST BE AT LEAST 5 FEET IN WIDTH NOT
 INCLUDING THE CURB.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A SCREENING HEDGE ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) AND (4) TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE
 AREAS WITHIN THE PARKING AREAS BASED ON PARKING SPACES
 AND OTHER PAVED AREAS.
 CALCULATIONS COULD NOT BE LOCATED.
  
 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-443(E) AND PROVIDE LANDSCAPING FOR AT LEAST 30
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF THE
 BUILDING.
 THE REAR OF THE BUILDING DOES NOT QUALIFY, AS IT IS THE
 HEDGE FOR THE BUFFER, AND SIDEWALKS SEPARATE IT FROM
 THE BUILDING.
  
 10. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL
 AND SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 11. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES INCLUDING
 FPL, WATER, SEWER, AND DRAINAGE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
 LOCATIONS OF ABOVE GROUND VALVES, FPL, ETC. MUST BE
 SHOWN AND SCREENING SHOWN ON LANDSCAPE PLAN. UTILITIES
 HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM RESUBMITTED LANDSCAPE PLAN.

 PLAN SHOWING LOCATIONS OF TREE PROTECTION BARRIERS ON
 THE SAME SHEET WITH THE TREE PROTECTION DETAIL.
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
