 NOVEMBER 24, 2015
  
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY IDENTIFYING
 EXISTING TREES ON THE PROPERTY AND INDICATE THE
 SPECIES, SIZE, AND IF THEY WILL BE REMOVED, RELOCATED,
 OR REMAIN. PLEASE REVISE HE MITIGATION CHART TO REFLECT
 THE TREE INVENTORY, AND PROVIDE PERTINENT INFORMATION
 FOR EACH TREE PER SECTION 94-448 (E) INCLUDING SPECIES,
 CANOPY SIZE AND REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENT FOR ANY TREES
 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DROUGHT TOLERANCE
 LEVEL FOR EACH PLANT SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST, TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(G) FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE LABEL THE SECTION IN
 THE CHART AS SUCH. ADDING A COLUMN IDENTIFYING NATIVE
 PLANTS IS ALSO SUGGESTED.
  
 3. SATISFIED. NUMBER OF FLOWERING TREES DOES NOT MEET
 THE REQUIRED NUMBER.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE CHECK ALL CALCULATIONS FOR BUFFER
 AND REQUIRED TREES TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TREES FOR ANY
 PORTION OF THE REQUIRED MEASUREMENT.
  
 5. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF
 ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM
 CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 6. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING
 FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT,
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 3. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 FOR THE NEW WAREHOUSE BUILDING, THE APPLICANT SHALL
 PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND
 UTILITIES.
  
 4. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 FOR THE NEW WAREHOUSE BUILDING, THE APPLICANT SHALL
 REMOVE ALL INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANTS FROM THE ENTIRE SITE.
  
 5. IF THE LEASED PARKING AREA SHALL CEASE BEING USED BY
 THE APPLICANT, THE 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE
 INSTALLED ON THE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE PARKING AREA
 WITHIN 6 MONTHS.
