| | ENGINEERING DIVISION, AND SUCH UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE |
| | RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, |
| | FOR ALL REAL PROPERTY CONTAINED WITHIN THE IPD. A |
| | CERTIFIED COPY OF THE RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE |
| | PROVIDED TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT - |
| | PLANNING DIVISION. |

| | 4. IN THE EVENT THAT THE OFF-SITE PARKING LOT SHOWN ON |
| | THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN IS NOT APPROVED, OR THE LEASE |
| | WITH FDOT IS TERMINATED, THE APPLICANT SHALL INSTALL |
| | PHASE II OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, BRINGING THE BUFFER |
| | INTO COMPLIANCE. ALL WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 180 |
| | DAYS OF ABANDONMENT, DISCONTINUANCE, OR OTHER FORM OF |
| | TERMINATION OF THE OFF-SITE PARKING LOT. |

| | 5. WAIVERS TO THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS OF THE CITY?S |
| | ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) SHALL |
