 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY IDENTIFYING
 EXISTING TREES ON THE PROPERTY AND INDICATE THE
 SPECIES, SIZE, AND IF THEY WILL BE REMOVED, RELOCATED,
 OR REMAIN. PLEASE REVISE HE MITIGATION CHART TO REFLECT
 THE TREE INVENTORY, AND PROVIDE PERTINENT INFORMATION
 FOR EACH TREE PER SECTION 94-448 (E) INCLUDING SPECIES,
 CANOPY SIZE AND REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENT FOR ANY TREES
 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DROUGHT TOLERANCE
 LEVEL FOR EACH PLANT SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST, TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(G) FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE LABEL THE SECTION IN
 THE CHART AS SUCH. ADDING A COLUMN IDENTIFYING NATIVE
 PLANTS IS ALSO SUGGESTED.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE
 CALCULATION TO REFLECT THE REQUIRED 40 PERCENT OF THE
 TOTAL SITE AREA AND PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED SHADE AND
 FLOWERING TREE AND SHRUB CALCULATIONS PER SECTION
 94-442.
  
 4. SATISFIED. WAIVER REQUEST FOR 94-443 (B) IS NOT 5
 FEET REQUIRED BUFFER, BUT 10 FEET ALONG PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARES. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5. SATISFIED. LANDSCAPE BUFFER TREES AND SHRUBS WILL BE
 LOCATED ON THE I-95 SIDE OF THE FENCE. DESCRIBE HOW
 THIS WILL BE ACCESSED FOR MAINTENANCE.
  
 6. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF
 ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM
 CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 7. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING
 FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT,
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
 3. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
 THE PARKING AREA, THE APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE SCREENING
 FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
 4. PRIOR TO SCHEDULING FOR CITY COMMISSION, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW AN
 ACCURATE CALCULATION OF THE NUMBER OF SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED FOR THE BUFFER LENGTH FOR EACH
 30 FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF PER SECTION
