 6.SECTION ON SHEET A-2 INDICATE OFFICE SPACE ON LEVEL 4
 AND 5, BUT THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS HOTEL ROOMS. PLEASE
 CORRECT AND CLARIFY WHICH ONE IS THE PROPOSED USE.
 7.DEAD-END PARKING SI REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF
 3 FOOT BACK UP AREA AT THE TERMINUS OF THE AISLE.
 8.PROPOSED TAMDEM SPACES WILL REQUIRE THE BUILDING TO
 PROVIDE 24 HOUR VALET SERVICE.
 9.ON FLOOR 8TH, PLEASE INDICATE THE ROOF OF THE GARAGE
 ALONG THE ALLEY.
 10.EXTERIOR GRADE WOOD FINISH PANELING IS INDICATED ON
 THE DIXIE BUILDING, BUT DESPITE IT IS SHOWN IN THE
 ELEVATION ON QUADRILLE IT IS NOT CALLED OUT. AS SUCH.
 PLEASE CLARIFY IF THAT MATERIAL IS NOT GOING TO BE USED
 ON THE TOWER FACADE.
 11.STAFF RECOMMENDS THE BUIDING DESIGN TO BE MODIFIED
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL ENTRANCE AND THE

 TO BE HIDDEN UNDER A GARAGE FACADE, AND THE HOTEL
 ENTRANCE IS NOT INDICATED ON THE QUADRILLE ELEVATION.
 12.PROJECT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM SETBACK
 REQUIRED ABOVE THE 3RD STORY FOR PARKING USES ON
 GARDENIA STREET. THE PROPOSED GARAGE HAS 6 LEVELS
 EXPOSED TO THE STREET WITHOUT THE REQUIRED 27' SETBACK.
 STAFF RECOMMENDS MODIFYING THE PARKING LAYOUT TO
 INCREASE THE SIZE OF EACH LEVEL AND REDECE THE NUMBER
 OF PARKING LEVELS. INCREASE THE PARKING TOWARDS THE
 DIXIE HWAY SITE.
 13.HOW BIG IS THE DUMPSTER OR ROLL OFF COMPACTOR
 PROPOSED? IF PRIVATE PICK UP NEEDED, A LETTER FROM ONE
 OF THE CITY AUTHORIZED PRIVATE WASTE HAULER SHALL BE
 PROVIDED CONFIRMING PRIVATE PROVIDER IS ABLE TO PROVIDE
 WASTE SERVICE TO THE BUILDING AS DESIGNED. THERE ARE
 SOME OVERHEAD POWER LINES THAT MAY AFFECT THE OPERATION
 OF THE GARBAGE TRUCK. PLEASE CONFIRM CLEARANCE HEIGHT.
 14.PLEASE PROVIDE AUTO-TURN FOR THE TRUCK MOVEMENT FOR
 WASTE DISPOSAL AND THE DRIVE THRU CIRCULATION INTO BOTH
 LANES.
 15.SURFACE PARKING LOT CANNOT BE COUNTED AS PRIVATE
 OPEN SPACE.
 16. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE MAINTENANCE OF THE WALL IS
 GOING TO BE CONDUCTED.TOTAL WALL HEIGHT IS 246'. IS THE
 PROPOSED WAL FULLY PLANTED AS SEEMS BY THE DETAIL OR
 SMALL LINEAR VERTICAL ELEMENTS AS SHOWN ON THE FACADE?
