 APPEAR COMPLETE AND ACCURATE. PLEASE VERIFY FDOT
 MAINTENANCE MAPS FOR DIXIE HWAY, THE SITE IS SMALLER
 THAN REFLECTED ON SURVEY. FOR PURPOSES OF CALCULATING
 THE FAR, THE SURVEY NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE TOTAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF THE PARCEL.
 21. ENGINEERING COMMENTS REGARDING GARBAGE COLLECTION
 WILL AFFECT THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE ADJUST ENSURING
