 PROPOSED PEAK POTABLE WASTER DEMAND/ SANITARY SEWER
 FLOW = 46,115 GPD
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE THE ESTIMATED SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
 YARDAGE. TYPICAL WASTE GENERATION FOR HOTELS IS 1/2
 CUBIC YARD PER ROOM PER WEEK. THIS PROJECT PROPOSED 201
 ROOMS WHICH WOULD EQUATE TO 14.4 CUBIC YARDS PER DAY
 FOR JUST THE HOTEL ROOMS. WASTE GENERATED BY THE BANK,
 OFFICE SPACE, AND CATERING FACILITY WOULD BE IN
 ADDITION TO THIS AMOUNT. PER CODE SECTION 74-31,
 PRIVATE SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE MAY ONLY BE USED
 IF THE CITY IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE, WHICH IS
 TYPICALLY OCCURS WHEN A FACILITY UTILIZES A ROLL-OFF
 COMPACTOR OR DUMPSTER GREATER THAN 8 CUBIC YARDS. TO
 PICK UP A ROLL-OFF COMPACTOR, THE TRUCK MUST BE ABLE TO
 BACK UP STRAIGHT (NOT AT AN ANGLE) TO THE CONTAINER.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER FROM A PRIVATE WASTE HAULER
 STATING THEY ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE WATE SERVICE TO THE
 BUILDING AS DESIGNED.
  
 2. AS MENTIONED IN OUR ORIGINAL COMMENTS, A TRAFFIC
 STUDY WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT SHOWING HOW THE
 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WILL AFFECT THE TRAFFIC VOLUME AND
 SURROUNDING LOCAL ROADWAYS.
  
 3. PLEASE REMOVE THE PROPOSED OAK TREE ALONG DIXIE FROM
 WITHIN THE SHOWN THE SIGHT TRIANGLE FOR THE EXIT.
  
 4. AS MENTIONED IN OUR ORIGINAL COMMENTS, THE SUBMITTED
 SURVEY DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE.
 PLEASE REFER TO FDOT MAINTENANCE MAPS FOR DIXIE AND
