| | ALL SQUARE FOOTAGE IN THE BUILDINGS COUNTS TOWARD THE |

| | LOFT SQUARE FOOTAGE. THE SECOND FLOOR SQUARE FOOTAGE OF |

| | PLAN). THUS, THE SETBACK DIMENSION LINES ORIGINATE AT |
