 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE SITE DATA CHART TO
 REFLECT THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE AS 40 PERCENT OF THE
 SITE AREA, AND USE TO CALCULATE THE REQUIRED TREES,
 FLOWERING TREES AND SHRUBS. ALSO PROVIDE THE ACTUAL
 OPEN SPACE PROVIDED PER SECTION 94-243 TABLE VIII-3.
  
 2. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATION FOR
 THE REQUIRED 15 PERCENT LANDSCAPE AREA, AND THE ACTUAL
 AREA PROVIDED PER SECTION 94-243 TABLE VIII-3.
 PLEASE ADD LANDSCAPE AREA TO MEET THE 15 PERCENT
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING
 AROUND THE STRUCTURE TO MEET THE 30% REQUIREMENT FOR
 TREES, SHRUBS OR HEDGES PER SECTION 94-443 (E)(1).
  
 4. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER WHERE POSSIBLE ON THE SITE PER SECTION 94-443
 (B).
 THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER CAN BE EXPANDED ON THE BUNKER ROAD
 SIDE TO MEET THE 5 FOOT REQUIREMENT. THIS WILL ALSO
 ALLOW PLACEMENT OF REQUIRED TREES IN THIS AREA.
  
 5. SATISFIED. THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A DOOR EXITING INTO
 THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE AREA. PLEASE REVISE TO SHOW
 WHERE THE EGRESS WILL BE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TERMINAL ISLAND AND TREE
 AT THE END OF EACH ROW OF PARKING PER SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) A.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS FOR THE PLAN RESUBMITTED FOR JUNE
 2017 PPRC:
 7. LANDSCAPE BUFFER MAY BE ADDED TO THE WEBSTER AVENUE
 PROPERTY LINE DEPENDING ON THE DETERMINATION OF THE
 PARKING LOCATION.
  
 8. THE ROYAL POINCIANA DOES NOT MEET THE RIGHT TREE
 RIGHT PLACE STANDARDS FOR TREES PROPOSED UNDER THE
 EXISTING POWER LINES. PLEASE REVISE TO A SMALLER
 SPECIES.
  
 9. THE FOXTAIL PALMS HAVE HIGH MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
 FOR FERTILIZER AND WATER. PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER
 SPECIES.
  
 10. REVISE THE REQUIRED TREE QUANTITY TO 7. ONE PER
 1600 SQUARE FEET OR PORTION THEREOF.
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
