 1. PLANS DO NOT CLEARLY SHOW ANY EXISTING WATER, SEWER
 AND FIRE LINE CONNECTION TO THE SITE OR HOW THE
 NEW/BUILDING ADDTION WILL BE SERVED FOR WATER, SEWER
 AND FIRE PROTECTION. PLEASE VERIFY THE NEED. IF
 PROPOSED RESTROOM IS TO BE CONNECTED TO ALREADY
 EXISTING WATER/SEWER, PLUMBING PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE
 SOUGHT FROM CITY'S BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. PLAN DOES NOT SHOW ANY EXISTING OR PROPOSED GARBAGE
 BIN/DUMPSTER. FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION/SANITATION NEED
 CONTACT THE CITY'S PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
  
 3. INSTALL A SIDEWALK FULL LENTH ALONG THE WESTERN
 PROPERTY LINE I.E. EAST SIDE OF WEBSTER AVE. WITH
 HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE RAMP AT THE INTERSECTION.
  
 4. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION WILL
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
 THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS
 CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE LINK:

 5. ON THE LANDSCAPING PLAN, WHEN SUBMITTED IN THE NEXT
 REVIEW PHASE, SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL WATER METERS,
 VALVES, CLEAN-OUTS, LIGHT POLES, ETC. ROOT BARRIERS MAY
 BE REQUIRED WHERE PLANTINGS ARE NEAR UNDERGROUND
 STORMWATER, SANITARY, OR POTABLE WATER LINES. ALSO
 CLEARLY INDICATE ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED EASEMENTS ON
