 1. RESPONSE TO PARKING WAIVER REDUCTION STANDARDS
 STATES THAT THE ADJACENT SITE HAS EXCESS PARKING WHICH
 CAN SATISFY THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SITE. HAVE
 YOU CORRESPONDED WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER ABOUT 'USE' OF
 THESE SPACES? I'LL NEED AT MINIMUM THE CALCULATION
 EXPLAINING HOW THEY HAVE 41 EXCESS PARKING SPACES AS
 WELL AS A LETTER FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER INDICATING
 CONSIDERATION OF THEIR PARCEL FOR THE REMAINING PARKING
 SPACES WITHIN 300 FEET OF YOUR PROJECT IS NOT A
 PROBLEM.
  
 2. BICYCLE PARKING SHOULD BE CLOSER TO THE DOOR.
 INCLUDE BICYCLE PARKING DETAIL FOR PAD DIMENSIONS,
 MINIMUM RACK SPACING, AND RACK STYLE. PLEASE CONTACT ME
 FOR A HANDOUT ON MINIMUM SPACING REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE
 NOTE EACH RACK PROVIDED CAN HOLD TWO BICYCLES, SO
 BICYCLE PARKING PROVIDED IS ACTUALLY 4 SPACES ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 3. LOCATION OF LIGHT POLES HAVE BEEN INDICATED ON THE
 PLANS AND IT APPEARS THEY MEET SETBACK REQUIREMENTS,
 HOWEVER, THE PLAN WILL NEED TO INDICATE SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS ON THE PLAN TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE.
  
 4. DIMENSION DUMPSTER SETBACK. DUMPSTER MUST MEET
 PROPERTY SETBACKS.
  
 5. REVISE LOADING ZONE STRIPING SO PEOPLE DO NOT PARK
 IN FRONT OF THE DUMPSTER AND BLOCK ACCESS TO IT.
  
 6. ELEVATIONS (SHEET A-4 AND A-5) ONLY SHOW DOORS ON
 THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING, HOWEVER, SHEET A-1 FLOOR
 PLAN INDICATES THERE ARE ADDITIONAL DOORS ON THE
 SOUTHWEST AND NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE
 REVISE FOR CONSISTENCY. [PART OF PREVIOUS COMMENT #15].
 CONSIDER WHERE PEOPLE ARE GOING WHEN THEY EXIT THESE
 DOORS.
