 HEIGHT, IN FEET.
  
 2. UNDER 'PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS', CORRECT
 REQUIRED FAR TO BE 0.81 PER ORDINANCE 2236-88.
 REQUESTED FAR OF 1.5 IS CONSISTENT WITH MAXIMUM
 PERMITTED FAR IN AN OFFICE COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT, HOWEVER, IT EXCEEDS THE FAR ALLOWED UNDER
 ORDINANCE 2236-88. PLEASE PROVIDE JUSTIFICATION AND
 REQUEST A MODIFICATION TO THE ORIGINAL CPD FAR
 THRESHOLD.
  
 3. CORRECT SETBACK REFERENCES IN TABLE TO CORRESPOND TO

 BASED ON THE BUILDING COVERAGE BEING 30%, THE OPEN
 SPACE PROVIDED SHOULD BE CLOSER TO 70% RATHER THAN 40%.
  
 5. THE BUILDING COVERAGE PERCENT IS 30% IN SITE DATA
 AND 31% IN THE 'PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS'
 CHART. PLEASE REVISE TO A CONSISTENT NUMBER.
  
 6. INDICATE IN THE DATA CHART THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE
 AREA. MINIMUM 20% REQUIRED.
  
 7. INDICATE ON PLANS THAT THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE WILL MEET MINIMUM DIMENSIONS OF 12'-6" WIDTH
 AND 13'-6" DEPTH.

 11. PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE DEMONSTRATING
 COMPLIANCE WITH AND PROVIDING EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT A
 PARKING WAIVER REDUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ZLDR SEC.
 94-207(B)(13).
  
 12. IS SITE LIGHTING BEING PROVIDED? IF YES, PROVIDE
 PHOTOMETRIC PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR
 SEC. 24-207(D)(8) REQUIRING THAT ILLUMINATION AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE SHALL NOT EXCEED 1 FC.
  
 13. IF LIGHT POLES ARE PROVIDED, THEY SHOULD BE

 ACCESS BETWEEN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AND PROPERTY TO THE

 CROSS ACCESS EASEMENT, CAN YOU TURN RIGHT, OR ONLY
 LEFT? DEPICT AREA TO THE SOUTH WHERE THE CROSS ACCESS
 WOULD CONNECT TO THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY TO DEPICT THERE
 WOULD BE NO SITE CONFLICTS.

 SOUTHWEST AND NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE
 REVISE FOR CONSISTENCY. HOW DO PEOPLE REACH THE
 ENTRANCE OR OTHER ACCESS POINTS TO THE BUILDING WITHOUT
 HAVING TO WALK ITEMS DOWN THE DRIVE AISLE?
  
 16. PROVIDE TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY APPROVAL LETTER FROM
 PBC.
  
 17. A REPLAT OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY MAY BE REQUIRED AS

 - ZLDR SEC. 94-408(1)(D). THE PLAN SHOWS FOUR SIGNS.
  
 20. IN CALCULATING FREESTANDING SIGNAGE COPY AREA, THE

 BASE IS COUNTED AGAINST TOTAL ALLOWABLE FREESTANDING
