 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS/THE PPRC MEETING (BY
 DECEMBER 14, 2015), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE PARKING LOT IS FOR 255 PARKING SPACES, WHICH
 REQUIRES THE PROVISION OF SEVEN (7) ADA PARKING SPACES.
  
 2) STAFF HAS CONCERNS WITH THE THREE DEEP VALET SPACES
 AND THE MANEUVERING NEEDED TO GET CARS FROM THE
 FURTHEST INSIDE SPACE. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE HILTON
 HOTEL PARKING MANAGEMENT PLAN GOVERNS THE VALET
 OPERATIONS. ADDITIONALLY, THE HOTEL PARKING MAY NOT
 CONVERT TO NON-VALET OPERATIONS AT ANY TIME DUE TO THE
 USE OF THE TANDEM SPACES FOR REQUIRED PARKING.
  
 3) DIMENSION LINES WERE NOT PROVIDED FOR THE WIDTHS OF
 THE PARKING ROWS FOR STAFF TO VERIFY THE PROPER
 DIMENSION EXISTS.
  
 4) THE DIMENSION FOR THE INTERIOR OF THE PARKING
 ISLANDS WAS NOT PROVIDED TO VERIFY THAT THERE IS A
 MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FOR EACH INTERIOR AND TERMINAL
 ISLAND.
  
 5) THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG ALABAMA AVENUE AND L
 STREET SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET, WITH A
 HEDGE AND TREES, ON THE PARKING LOT PARCEL. THE
 REQUIRED HEDGE AND TREES MAY NOT BE INSTALLED IN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. NOTE: L STREET IS SHOWN MEETING THIS
 REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER THE DATA CHART ON SHEET GA-0.1
 SHALL BE AMENDED TO SHOW THE CORRECT ?PROVIDED?
 SETBACK.
  
 6) IF THE PARKING LOT SHIFTS TOWARD FLORIDA AVENUE TO
 MAKE UP THE 3.5 FEET FOR THE REQUIRED ALABAMA AVENUE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER, THEN THE APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE THE
 REDUCTION IN THE CITY PLACE OPEN SPACE/PARK AREA
 PROVIDED. THE QUICK STAFF CALCULATION SHOWS AN
 APPROXIMATELY 900 SQUARE FOOT REDUCTION. THE HOTEL
 PROJECT STILL HAS SUFFICIENT OPEN SPACE/PARK SURPLUS.
  
 7) A CHART SHALL BE INCLUDED TO SHOW THAT THE PARKING
 LOT COMPLIES WITH SECTION 94-443(C)3 & 4.
 8) EACH ROW OF PARKING SHALL BE TERMINATED BY AN ISLAND
 CONTAINING A TREE. THE INTERIOR TANDEM ROWS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 9) HOW ARE THE LIGHT FIXTURES SHIELDED SO THAT THERE IS
 NO GLARE ON THE SURROUNDING RIGHTS-OF-WAY OR THE SOUTH
 TOWER?
  
 10) THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THE FLORIDA AVENUE CROSSWALK
 BEING CONSTRUCTED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 11) SHOW THE CROSSWALK AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
 SITE AT ALABAMA AND L STREET TO PERMIT CROSSING TO THE
 SIDEWALK BEHIND THE TOWNHOUSES.
  
 12) THE PARKING NUMBERS ON SHEET GA-0.1 DO NOT TOTAL
 CORRECTLY. IT APPEARS YOU HAVE TOO FEW SPACES IN THE
 TANDEM LINE.
  
 13) THE VALETS MAY NOT STACK CARS THAT THEY ARE
 SHIFTING AROUND IN TRAVEL LANES BETWEEN THE ADA SPACES
 AND THE EXIT (I.E. NO REDUCTION OF LANE WIDTH BELOW 24
 FEET). THE PLANS SHALL BE MARKED AS SUCH AND THE
 PAVEMENT SHALL BE PAINTED WITH TO THAT EFFECT.
