 .PDF FORMAT OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON
 THE RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF
 INFORMATION/PLANS TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE TURNING RADIUS EXHIBIT
 FOR THE WB-50 TRUCK. THE EXHIBIT VERIFIES THAT THIS
 TRUCK IS UNABLE TO EXIT THE MIDDLE LOADING BAY ONTO
 FLORIDA AVENUE IF A SWING GATE IS USED. THE TRAILER
 WILL HIT THE OPEN GATE LEAVING THE SITE. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT SECTION 94-111(M) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS PROHIBITS THE USE OF PUBLIC
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR MANEUVERING ASSOCIATED WITH BUILDING
 LOADING AREAS, SO BACKING INTO THE STREET (REVERSING
 THE ENTRY MOVEMENT) IS NOT PERMITTED. THIS IS NOT AN
 ISSUE WITH THE CURRENTLY APPROVED GATE ARMS. ZONING
 STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE SWING GATES.
  
 2) THE TURNING RADIUS EXHIBIT SHOWS THE GARBAGE TRUCK
 USING THE WESTERN LOADING SPACE AS MANEUVERING FOR TO
 TURN AROUND TO LEAVE THE SITE TO AVOID HITTING AN OPEN
 SWING GATE. HOW WILL THE TURNAROUND BE ACHIEVED IF
 THERE ARE TRUCKS PARKED IN THE LOADING ZONES? THIS IS
 NOT AN ISSUE WITH THE CURRENTLY APPROVED GATE ARMS.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PLANS SHALL INCLUDE A SHEET TO
 REFLECT THE REVISED MEDIANS AND THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING
 THAT ARE INCLUDED WITH THE APPROVED CONVENTION CENTER
 GARAGE PLAN. THIS INCLUDES FLORIDA AVENUE AND THE
 CONVENTION CENTER ENTRY DRIVE CROSSING FOR THE GARAGE
 DISCHARGE. PROVIDE THE TURNING RADIUS PLANS TO SHOW THE
 TRUCKS ENTERING AND LEAVING THE LOADING AREA WITH THE
 NEW CONFIGURATION. THE LATEST PLANS SUBMITTED TO THE
 CITY FAIL TO SHOW THE FINAL CONFIGURATION OF THE
 MEDIANS AS SHOWN ON THE PARKING GARAGE APPROVED PLANS,
 BUT RATHER SHOW ONLY THE GHOSTED ADDITION OF THE
 PEDESTRIAN CROSSING MEDIAN. THE TURNING MOVEMENTS SHOW
 TRUCKS HITTING THIS MEDIAN.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SIDEWALK SOUTH OF THE WALL SHALL
 BE ILLUMINATED FOR SAFETY WITH LIGHT FIXTURES THAT
 MATCH THOSE USED FOR THE HOTEL. THIS MAY REQUIRE
 MOUNTING LIGHTING TO THE WALL. THE SHEET THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED TO SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE GARAGE LIGHTING
 FAILS TO SHOW THAT THE SIDEWALK WILL BE SAFELY
 ILLUMINATED.
  
 5) REPEAT COMMENT: THE ENGINEER STAMPED DRAWING WITH
 THE BUILDING PERMIT SHOW THE WALL AT TEN FEET IN HEIGHT
 WHILE SHEET LS503 LD SHOWS THE WALL AT 11 FEET IN
 HEIGHT. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME WALL HEIGHT.
