 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE PLANS SHALL BE REVISED TO ADDRESS THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT EMERGENCY EGRESS CONCERNS.
  
 2) PROVIDE INFORMATION TO SHOW WHERE THE REQUIRED TEN
 BUFFER TREES BETWEEN THE HOTEL AND THE CONVENTION
 CENTER WILL BE PLACED BASED ON THE REVISIONS TO ADDRESS
 THE FIRE DEPARTMENT COMMENTS. ADDITIONALLY, A TABLE
 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO VERIFY THAT THERE IS NO NET LOSS
 OF TREES FOR THE OVERALL HOTEL SITE BASED ON THE
 REVISED LOADING AREA.
  
 3) THE APPROVED PLANS SHOW THREE MONTGOMERY PALMS
 BETWEEN THE HOTEL AND THE CONVENTION CENTER AT THE
 SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE HOTEL SITE. THESE ARE NOT
 REFLECTED ON THE CURRENT LANDSCAPE PLAN. WHAT IS THE
 STATUS OF THESE PALMS?
  
 4) THE CIVIL PLANS SHALL BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE GATE
 ARMS MOVED CLOSER TO THE INTERSECTION AS SHOWN ON THE
 HARDSCAPE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 5) THE PLANS SHALL BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE REVISED
 MEDIANS AND THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING THAT ARE INCLUDED
 WITH THE APPROVED CONVENTION CENTER GARAGE PLAN. THIS
 INCLUDES FLORIDA AVENUE AND THE CONVENTION CENTER ENTRY
 DRIVE CROSSING FOR THE GARAGE DISCHARGE.
  
 6) THERE SHALL BE LIGHTING THAT MATCHES THE LIGHT
 FIXTURES FOR THE HOTEL PROVIDED ALONG THE SIDE WALK.
  
 7) THE VARIOUS PLANS (INCLUDING THE SUBMITTED BUILDING
 PERMIT) SHOW THE WALL HEIGHT RANGING FROM SIX (6) FEET
 TALL TO ELEVEN (11) FEET TALL. WHILE PLANNING STAFF
 DOES NOT THINK THAT A WALL OF ANY HEIGHT IS APPROPRIATE
 AT THIS LOCATION, PLANNING STAFF PREFERS A SIX (6) FOOT
 TALL WALL TO THE OTHER OPTIONS SHOWN ON THE CONFLICTING
 PLANS. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME WALL HEIGHT.
