 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. THE MINIMUM LANDSCAPE AREA REQUIRED IS
 15% OR 4137 SQ FT. THE PLAN SHOWS 3704 SQ FT. PLEASE
 REVISE THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS TO MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE AND
 ENGINEERING PLANS TO SHOW LOCATIONS AND ADJUST
 CONFLICTS BETWEEN LANDSCAPING AND ANY LIGHTING OR FPL
 EQUIPMENT.
  
 3. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL
 GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A SCREENING HEDGE FOR THE FPL
 TRANSFORMER.
  
 4. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL
 AND SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.

 LOCATIONS ON SITE AND ON ADJACENT PROPERTY WITHIN 10
 FEET OF THE PROPERTY LINE, AND INDICATE IF THEY WILL
 REMAIN IN PLACE, BE RELOCATED, OR BE REMOVED.
  
 7. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE INDICATE THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER AT THE PERIMETER OF THE PROPERTY, AND
 PROVIDE TREES AND HEDGES PER SECTION 94-443(B) AND
 TABLE XIV-1.
  
 PLEASE SHOW THE 5 FOOT PROVIDED LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON THE
 SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE CALCULATE THE
 LENGTH OF EACH BUFFER AND PROVIDE A TREE FOR EACH 30
 FEET OR PORTION THEREOF. THERE ARE AREAS ALONG ALABAMA
 AVENUE AND THE SPACE BETWEEN THE EASTERN BUILDINGS
 WHERE THE BUFFER CAN BE DESIGNATED AND LANDSCAPING
 ENHANCED.
  
 8. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE AT THE
 END OF THE ROW OF PARKING ADJACENT TO THE PROPOSED
 WIRELESS TOWER ENCLOSURE PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3)A.
 PLEASE ADD ONE MORE SABAL PALM ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 WIRELESS ENCLOSURE TO PROVIDE 2 PALMS AS THE EQUIVALENT
 TO A SHADE TREE.
  
 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LANDSCAPE SCREENING ON ALL
 FOUR SIDES OF THE WIRELESS TOWER ENCLOSURE.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN AND
 ENGINEERING PLAN TO CREATE LANDSCAPE AREAS ON EACH END
 OF THE DIAGONAL PARKING SPACES ON PALM STREET.
  
 11. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE WHEEL STOPS FOR THE
 PARKING SPACES TO THE WEST OF THE DUMPSTER TO PREVENT
 VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT INTO THE LANDSCAPE AREA PER
 SECTION 94-443(C)(5).
  
 12. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY FOR
 EACH SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE
 GUIDE AND SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART SECTION 94-442 (G).
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 12/2/15:
 13. WHERE WHEEL STOPS WERE PROVIDED FOR THE PARKING
 SPACES TO THE WEST OF THE DUMPSTER TO PREVENT VEHICULAR
 ENCROACHMENT INTO THE LANDSCAPE AREA PER SECTION
 94-443(C)(5), THE MULCH AREA IS NO LONGER APPLICABLE
 FOR OVERHANG. PLEASE ADD SHRUBS OR GROUNDCOVER.
  
 14. PLEASE REVISE THE REQUIRED SHADE TREE, FLOWERING
 TREE AND SHRUB CALCULATIONS BASED ON THE 40% REQUIRED
 OPEN SPACE OF THE SITE AREA 27578 SF., EQUALING 11031
 SF.
  
 15. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE REQUIRED 30% OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE
 EXTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE PLANTED WITH TREES, SHRUBS,
 OR HEDGES PER SECTION 94-443(E)(1).
  
 16. PLEASE SHOW THAT THE 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER STRIP
 ALONG ALABAMA AVENUE MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 94-443(B)(2) FOR THE LIMIT OF 25% INTERRUPTION FOR
 VEHICULAR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
