 REPLACED WITH A NEW HIGHRISE OAK. STRUCTURAL SOIL SHALL
 BE INSTALLED UNDER SIDEWALK AREAS WITHIN 5 FEET OF THE
 TREE, AND THE TREE GRATE REUSED. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL.
  
 17. WITHDRAWN. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE
 SOUTH PARKING AREA.

 18. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE PROTECTION BARRIER DETAIL TO
 PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR EXISTING TREES TO REMAIN DURING
 SITE CONSTRUCTION.

 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
