| | SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION. |
| | 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE |
| | RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE |
| | STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND |
| | IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION. |
| | 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE |
| | RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF |
| | WAY LANDSCAPING, TREE GRATES, AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL |
| | BE THROUGH A SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE |
| | CITY. |
