 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN AT THE PROPER SIZE
 AND SCALE.
  
 2. PLEASE SHOW A 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE ON ALL SIDES OF THE BUILDING PARCEL.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE OR TWO PALMS AT THE NORTH END
 OF THE BUILDING.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A CONTINUOUS HEDGE IN THE 5 FOOT
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS.
  
 5. PLEASE CHANGE THE MONTGOMERY PALMS FROM SINGLE TO
 DOUBLE TRUNK.
  
 6. ONE OF THE CAESALPINIA TREES IS SHOWN OUTSIDE THE
 CURB LINE NEXT TO THE DRIVE THROUGH. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 7. PLEASE SHOW WHEEL STOPS FOR THE PARKING SPACES OR
 SHOW OVERHANG AREA BEHIND CURB.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY IDENTIFYING EXISTING
 TREES ON THE PROPERTY AND PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION
 LIST INDICATING THE SPECIES, SIZE, AND IF THEY WILL BE
 REMOVED, RELOCATED, OR REMAIN.
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY FOR EACH
 SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE
 GUIDE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART.
  
 10. PLEASE CLARIFY THE ITEMS CLAIMED ON THE FLORIDA
 FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-442 (G).
  
 11. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE AND ENGINEERING PLANS
 TO AVOID CONFLICTS BETWEEN LANDSCAPING AND WATER,
 SEWER, DRAINAGE, LIGHTING AND FPL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES AND EASEMENTS ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES AND SOUTH SIDE OF DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE.
  
 13. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND SHOW
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER,
 DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES
 THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 14. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SUCH
 AS A/C COMPRESSORS, ETC. THAT WILL BE GROUND MOUNTED.
  
 15. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE ISLAND IN THE ROW OF
 PARKING ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE TO PROVIDE A
 MAXIMUM OF 10 SPACES IN A ROW.
  
 16. EXISTING LIVE OAK ALONG DIXIE SHALL BE REPLACED
 WITH A NEW HIGHRISE OAK. STRUCTURAL SOIL SHALL BE
 INSTALLED UNDER SIDEWALK AREAS WITHIN 5 FEET OF THE
 TREE, AND THE TREE GRATE REUSED. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL.
  
 17. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE SOUTH
 PARKING AREA.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING, TREE GRATES, AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL
 BE THROUGH A SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE
 CITY.
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
