 AUGUST 27, 2015
 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION LIST
 INDICATING THE SPECIES, SIZE, AND IF THEY WILL BE
 REMOVED, RELOCATED, OR REMAIN, AND INCLUDE MITIGATION
 PROPOSED FOR REMOVED TREES.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY FOR
 EACH SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE
 GUIDE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART, AND CLARIFY THE ITEMS CLAIMED ON THE
 FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-442 (G).
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR MOVING THE
 OAK TREES FROM THE PARKING LOT TO THE ENTRANCE AND
 REPLACING THEM WITH NEW OAKS.
  
 4. SATISFIED. SHEET A1 SHOWS A FIRE HYDRANT IN THE
 PLANTER AREA TO THE EAST OF THE PORTE COCHERE NOT SHOWN
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE REVISE TO CLARIFY.
  
 5. SEE CONDITION. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF WATER
 LINES, ESPECIALLY RELATED TO THE EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT,
 TO ASSURE NO CONFLICTS EXIST WITH TREES.
  
 6. SATISFIED. SABAL PALMS ARE A LIMITED RESOURCE AND
 ARE EASY TO RELOCATE. PLEASE CONSIDER MOVING THE THREE
 SABAL PALMS INDICATED TO BE REMOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION
 ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 7. SATISFIED. THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND TO THE WEST OF THE
 PROPOSED HANDICAP PARKING SPACES MUST MEET THE 5 FOOT
 WIDTH AND HAVE A TREE OR 2 PALMS PER SECTION 94-443 (C)
 (3).
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT, THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST BE REVISED TO SHOW THE WATER LINE
 CONNECTIONS FOR THE FIRE HYDRANT AND THE FDC TO RESOLVE
 CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
