 IS REPLACING THE PREVIOUS TOWNHOUSES FOR RETAIL SPACE
 BUT THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE IS LESS THAN BEFORE.
 2. PLEASE LOOK AT THE TRANSPARENCY OF THE LOBBY AREA.
 PROPOSED LOBBY NOW HAS A SOLID WALL.
 3. ADDITIONAL PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE ON DATURA STREET IS
 SETBACK BEYOND THE MAXIMUM SETBACK ALLOWED.
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER WITH A SUMMARY OF THE
 PROPOSED CHANGES. LIST ORIGINAL SQUARE FOOTAGE AND
 REVISED, ORIGNAL PARKING CALCULATIONS AND REVISED.
 5. MINIMUM HORIZONTAL PROJECTION FOR A CANOPY IS 8
 FEET.
 6. NOW THAT THE TOWNHOUSES HAVE BEEN CONVERTED INTO
 HOTEL USES, STAFF RECOMMENDS THE DROP OFF AREA TO BE
 FURTHER INTEGRATED INTO THE BUILDING DESIGN.
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE COLORED ELEVATIONS WITH MATERIALS
 CALLED-OUT.
