 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THESE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE COMMENTS (BY MARCH 8, 2016), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($400).
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SITE, CIVIL AND LANDSCAPE PLANS
 SHOW DIFFERENT CONDITIONS (EX. BELOW). ALL PLANS SHALL
 SHOW SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 A. THE DRIVEWAYS/ENTRANCES ARE SHOWN IN DIFFERENT
 CONFIGURATIONS ON SITE/LANDSCAPE VS. CIVIL PLANS. THE
 CURBED, ISLAND RADII ARE NOT DEPICTED ON THE
 SITE/LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PARKING DETAIL SHOWS THE ADA
 SIGN IN THE NEIGHBORING PARKING SPACE (HEAD TO HEAD
 PARKING). THE ADA STRIPING LOCATIONS (2 INCHES APART)
 DO NOT MATCH THE CITY STANDARD DETAIL, WHICH REQUIRES
 THE SAME SIX (6) INCH SPACING AS THE REGULAR PARKING
 SPACES HAVE.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE BICYCLE PAD DIMENSION SHALL BE
 INCLUDED ON THE SITE AND/OR CIVIL PLANS. NOTE: WHILE
 THE DETAIL SHOWS THEM AS FOUR (4) FEET WIDE, SCALING
 THE PLANS SHOWS LESS THAN FOUR (4) FEET.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SITE DATA TABLE SHALL BE
 CORRECTED AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. THERE ARE TWO BICYCLE RACKS SO THERE ARE FOUR (4)
 PROVIDED BICYCLE PARKING SPACES.
  
 5) RECOMMENDATION: VERIFY ALL THE DIMENSION TAGS
 BETWEEN THE SITE AND CIVIL PLANS. SOME APPEAR TO USE
 DIFFERING MEASURE POINTS (EX. THE 43 FOOT EAST/WEST
 DIMENSION) AND SOME SCALE CORRECTLY AND OTHER DO NOT.
 STAFF IS CONCERNED THAT THIS COULD LEAD TO DELAYS AT
 THE TIME OF PERMITTING.
  
 6) RECOMMENDATION: THE CITY REQUIRES A 12 FOOT 6 INCH
 WIDE OPENING FOR DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES. WHILE THIS IS
 SHOWN ON THE STANDARD CITY DETAIL PROVIDED, THERE IS NO
 DIMENSION TAG ON THE PLANS FOR THE OPENING AND IT
 SCALES AT LESS THAN THE REQUIRED 12 FEET 6 INCHES.
 STAFF RECOMMENDS VERIFYING THIS OPENING TO FORGO
 PROBLEMS AT TIME OF PERMITTING.
