 DECEMBER 31, 2015
 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY FOR
 EACH SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE
 GUIDE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE AND
 ENGINEERING PLANS TO AVOID CONFLICTS BETWEEN
 LANDSCAPING AND WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, LIGHTING AND
 FPL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES
 AND EASEMENTS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND
 MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SUCH AS A/C COMPRESSORS, ETC.
  
 6. SATISFIED. TREES ADJACENT TO THE LOADING AREA WILL
 CONFLICT WITH TRAFFIC AS THEY GROW. REVISE TREE SPECIES
 IN ISLAND AND BUFFER OR LOCATION OF THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND TO RECTIFY.
  
 7. SATISFIED. THE PLACEMENT OF THE FAKAHATCHEE GRASS
 BETWEEN THE COCOPLUM HEDGE AND THE FENCE WILL BE
 DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN, PLEASE REVISE SPECIES AND
 PLACEMENT TO ALLOW ROOM FOR GROWTH AND LONG TERM
 MAINTENANCE OF THE LANDSCAPING. THE AREA BETWEEN THE
 BUILDING AND FENCE STILL DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO
 ALLOW ACCESS TO MAINTAIN THE HEDGE.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 12/13/15:
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE TRIPLE PALMS IN THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER.
